The experience here has been wonderful.
The breakfast was very complete, the gym was very complete, a pool that is open and the gym from 9:00 in the morning until 9:00 at night… very friendly staff. The room had a partial view of Lake Bled.
Thanks to TRIP The room was not much cheaper. Without a doubt if we return, we will return to this place… Oh! And FREE PARKING… something to keep in mind here!!!

This was the best value for money hotel on our trip to the greater Balkans. The location is excellent, you can take photos of Blair Castle under the sunset. The balcony can also be used to dry clothes. The room space is listed online as 18 square meters, but the actual utilization rate is very high and it doesn't feel small. The bedding and bath towels are all new. The room also seems to be newly renovated. The breakfast is also quite rich, no worse than a five-star hotel. The hotel is very grand, and there is a fruit plate in the lobby for guests to take.

Lovely modern clean hotel, friendly staff especially Ricky the bartender and Philip one of the waiters. Great location for Lake and amenities. Food ok, but not great. Our room had a bath with a very high side, if elderly or bit unsteady on your feet this may be a problem, our son had walk in shower which might be better option for some. Our main gripe was the rooms are sooo hot! We enquired at reception as others did on our tour, we were told to turn Air Con off but this obviously didn’t help! Another guest was told nothing could be done. It was -3 outside and we had balcony door open, that’s now hot it was. Myself and another lady on the tour ended up with bloody nose due to the dry air. Having said all that would stay there again as the good out weighed the bad.

L'hotel è molto bello e curato nelle parti comuni, per quanto riguarda il personale, l'unico che meriterebbe 5 pallini è il gestore della SPA. Il personale alla reception non parla Italiano, nonostante ci avessero assicurato il contrario. Al ristorante buffet tipo villaggio vacanze con camerieri, una in particolare, la più giovane del gruppo, che ti guarda quando arrivi come se le dessi disturbo ad essere lì. La stanza non è MAI stata pulita, veniva solo rifatto sommariamente il letto (la signorina che se ne sarebbe dovuta occupare passava parecchio tempo seduta sul termosifone in corridoio a smanettare col cellulare). I serramenti delle camere non isolano né da freddo né da rumore, e nel bagno l'intonaco si staccava dal soffitto cadendo a terra, anche questo mai pulito. Ci era stato garantito un voucher per l'accesso alla SPA, ma solo l'ultimo giorno ci hanno detto che saremmo potuti entrare quando volevamo, non solo una volta. Da un 4 stelle mi aspettavo molto di più. Non credo che tornerei di nuovo...

The staff at reception were so friendly and welcoming, they packed me a takeaway breakfast as I was leaving at 6am for a hike
Very clean and great facilities
