This Hotrl is a great hotel, but the hotel itself is a bit old but overall was good. Note if you are driving, you have to park the carpark next to the hotel, or you can park on the streets. (cuz we parked the carpark for around 10hrs and it costed us 29.90€.

chambre basique tout est marronnasse , taches sur le fauteuil, fissures dans la peinture au mur, odeurs d'eaux usées dans la sdb, accueil froid car nous ne parlons pas flamand surement... booof pas digne d'un mercure, mais d'un hotel de quartier gare à lire les avis sur le petit dejeuner je crains le pire pour demain matin...

Pity about the evening
Everyone at the hotel was nice but it’s ruined by the obnoxious chap who runs the bar… they advertise it’s open till midnight.
Came in about 10.30 and having a nice chat with another couple. Got served then the bloke disappeared, returned once to serve the other couple after a long wait then didn’t reappear till 1145 to announce that its midnight and that the bar is shut and ‘no you can’t have another coffee’. Bloke was dishevelled and looked like he’s been sleeping.
Mercure is a good brand - I expect much better. I won’t be returning!

Ruime kamer, helaas met tapijt. Muffe geur in de badkamer. Het was warm op de kamer, na een telefoontje met receptie konden ze ons war verkoeling geven. Ontbijt was helaas teleurstellend. Er lagen naar mijn inziens zaken die enkele dagen geleden de vuilbak al hadden moeten zien. Vervallen kiri kaasjes, toastbrood dat al hard was van lang te staan, uitgedroogde kaas,... jammere zaak voor de prijs die je er voor moet betalen.

Hôtel très bien situé, facile d'accès. Attention ,le prix du parking juste à côté est très onéreux ! La chambre était très spacieuse( c'était la supérieure),une très grande salle de bain et vraiment une bonne literie. Seul bémol, pour moi,la moquette au sol! Le déjeuner était assez complet mais ne valait pas son prix. Ce fut un bon séjour.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, so dass man alles gut zu Fuß ansehen kann. Lediglich das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht deutscher Standart und das für 25,-- €

Vriendelijk onthaal. Hoewel er bij reservatie op voorhand aanpalende kamers was gevraagd, bleek dat ik op de 2e verdieping een kamer had en mijn moeder op de 4e. Aan het onthaal snel geregeld dat we beiden op de 4e verdieping een kamer hadden. Mijn moeder had een mooie, gezellige en nette kamer. De badkamer was erg modern uitgerust en netjes. Spijtig genoeg had ik de invalidenkamer gekregen. De badkamer rook erg onfris, maar was toch erg netjes. Het bed was heerlijk (ik houd van een ietwat hardere matras). De kamer was aan de erg rumoerige straatkant en dat stoorde toch wel. Mijn moeder had een kamer met uitzicht op het plein en die was rustiger. Wat wel heel erg stoorde was het harde ronkend geluid 's avonds en 's nachts. Wat ik ook erg jammer vond, was dat er enorm veel Duitstalige zenders op tv stonden en er bijna geen Belgische of Nederlandse zenders te krijgen waren.
