Plusieurs séjours dans cette établissement mais toujours la même envie d'y revenir. Ch 632 grande et orienté vers la rue avec un tout petit balcon, literie confortable et large. Tv comprenant les chaînes francophones classiques. Salle de bain spacieuse, ils manquait le miroir pour pouvoir se maquillé. Réservé à l'hôtel azaaert sans prendre le petit déjeuner est une véritable inepties tellement ils est gargantuesque, le nappage des tables donne à cette espace un côté chaleureux et classes. Depuis notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ nous avons trouvé l'ensemble du personnel à l'écoute et toutes nos interaction avec ceux-ci était véritablement agréable et un grand merci à la réceptionniste du lundi soir qui ma servi mon Tia maria. Allez-y nous on y reviendra.

This hotel is verry nice verry clean. The rooms are verry nice and clean they are good size so is the bathroom and toilet. There is a swimmingpool 2 sauna's you can get a massage. The breakfast is verry good everything you want is there even bubbles,eggs pancakes ,croissants, saucage's,bacon and alot more. I really recommend this hotel for people.

We hebben al meedere malen in WP hotels verbleven van verschillende niveaus en prijzen. Deze keer Aazaert geboekt om wat meer luxe. Bij aankomst was er een misverstand omdat we twin kamer geboekt hadden en erbij gevraagd voor een dubbel bed. Jammer genoeg ging dit niet volgens de vriendelijke receptionist maar hij ging het toch doorgeven aan het backoffice die mij wel zouden contacteren, jammer genoeg nooit iets gehoord. Eens op de kamer bij aankomst was er geen koffie. De t****e dag dit gemeld smorgens en dit zou in orde komen. Toen we savonds op de kamer kwamen, geen koffie, geen proper bed of handdoeken. Dan zelf koffie gaan vragen en gekregen van diezelfde vriendelijke receptionist. Om 9u gaan ontbijten en om 9u20 geen koffiekoekjes of croissantjes te krijgen , meer verwacht van deze prijscategorie hotels. Vroeger waren het zelfs lekkere verse koffiekoeken van de bakker maar nu ook gewone afbak mini’s. Zwembad gebruikt maar het trapje was buiten gebruik zodat we er moeilijk uit raakte. Besluit, het was niet slecht maar veel meer verwacht van deze prijs categorie hotel.

Jadis hôtel de renommée, maintenant simple établissement sans grande personnalité. Accueil impersonnel, souvent inoccupé. Ascenseur en panne depuis deux semaines qui finit par être réparé, au grand soulagement des clients qui ont impatienté de nombreuses minutes dans les couloirs surchauffés. Chambre 410 : rideau déchiré, porte d'entrée qui coince et n'est jamais réparée. Bref, à pareil prix on trouve mieux.

Behalve geen airconditioning in de familiekamer, was de rest prima in orde. Ontbijt was erg variabel en lekker. Zwembad was ook erg fijn, zeker het feit dat er handdoeken bij aanwezig zijn.

Top locatie, top ontbijt, mooie propere kamer en een hele ruime mooie badkamer. Zeer mooie en propere welness. Min puntje's : aangezien er geen airco aanwezig was in de kamer, heb we tot 3 maal toe moeten vragen achter een ventilator.(Dit kan nu de kost toch niet zijn voor zo'n 4 sterren hotel). 2 de lift was defect en onze douchehouder stond los (kamer 411)
