The receptionist was very unpleasant and unhelpful. Upon arrival, she didn’t even greet us and provided no basic information about our stay. While we were filling out the necessary paperwork, her only focus was on getting us to quickly confirm the credit card PIN. She handed us the room number in a cold, indifferent manner and didn’t explain where the room was located. We received no information about breakfast or any hotel services—everything had to be asked for specifically, and even then it felt like we were bothering her. This is not the kind of welcome one expects at a hotel.
