Bare bones room. Had to hang the shower curtain as the maid must have forgotten, and there was an empty Modelo can on the floor by the A/C. First room was mildew smelly, and the next smelled like it might have been a smoking room a few weeks back. (A good dousing with "Smells-b-Gone" handled most of it.) When we went back to front desk, they said these 2 were the last ones. For $175.00 I do expect better. Big plus-the AC worked and there was hot water. Beds were ok and clean. We travel a fair bit, and in my experience this rate didn't match the establishment.

$346 for 2 nights and a lot of broken and malfunctioning items in room . Plus ice machine upstairs and difficult to get yo for people who have trouble with stairs. With the problems, this hotel is not worth more than $100 a night. Site pre check in is useless if you have to fill out same info at desk.

The large back building is old but serviceable IF AND WHEN the Milton Inn fixes the hot water heater(s). The rooms in the front building are nicer EXCEPT FOR THE FACT that you have to go through interior halls that have EXCESSIVE MOISTURE, ODOR, and MILDEW. However, the hotel is not worth it given the price matches all the new hotels built beside interstates. If you can't find a local B&B (regular or Air) or mom & pop hotel, then plan to stay in another town.
