We were upgraded to the Mabel Suite, a stunning room in the turret, which felt straight out of a fairytale. The property is lovely, with Highland cows, a horse, and a few adorable dogs. Beautiful setting, attentive service, and a truly memorable stay.

We had the most fabulous two nights stay at this beautiful house. The staff were all amazing , very welcoming. especially Gordon. Dinner was superb , Glenn especially loved the trout. We have been travelling for the last four weeks and this has been one of our highlights. .Thank you all for making us feel very welcome.

Another lovely stay at our favorite hotel. Usual warn welcome, lovely room and an excellent dinner and service. As always, Paul made us very welcome. The Hotel is so relaxing and we look forward to several visits and golfing nearby. The changing menu every day always produces superb food and wine.

I am a tour guide , I have booked the room for my clients ,My client don’t understand English . So I have to help them to check in and check out. When I help my client checked in on 23rd Feb 2025, the Gentleman is quite nice, the hotel don’t have lift , he helped my client’s luggage. when I pick up my client on 24th Feb 2025,the Lady in the reception is very rude, she said I can't sit on the sofa, the sofa only for the resident, ask me to go out , she even told me the driver and tour guide only can stay in their car . I do think she has the racial discrimination for Asia people. I have been to Marriott , four season,holiday inn and so on , even I am not stay there , just use the toilet, the hotel’s staff never said go out for a strangers The Kinloch house hotel’s staff is too rude to Asia people,I booked the room and spend the money , I don’t have the right to sit your sofa The Lady said the tour guide and driver should stay in their car, the discrimination not only for Asia people but also to all the drivers and tour guide. Such a lovely country hotel, I don’t know why the staff so rude, if you don’t know how to deal with the clients you can learn, if you have racial discrimination and bad manner you can’t run the hotel. I spend 340 pound recommend your hotel to my client, the only right I deserved is sit in my car.

Auf unserer Rundreise durch Schottland übernachteten wir 2 Tage in diesem hübschen Hotel. Die Lage ist idyllisch und absolut perfekt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Das Hotel selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet, mit Kaminzimmern, Salons, einem Wintergarten und einem schicken Restaurant. Unsere Suiten waren sehr geräumig und befanden sich in dem renovierten Teil des Hotels. Alle Zimmer verfügten über schöne Bäder, Heizungen, kuschelige Bettdecken und gemütliche Sitzmöbel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und zum Frühstück gab es die verschiedensten warmen und kalten Speisen sowie frisch gepresste Fruchtsäfte, welche man direkt bei den beiden netten Damen bestellen konnte. Die Außenanlage ist sehr weitläufig und schön angelegt, Sitzmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt buchen wir uns gerne wieder in diesem schicken Hotel ein.

A truly traditional Country House hotel in a great rural location. The complete experience of staying here was truly enjoyable and reflects how things used to be and still are in some places, Kinloch is most definitely one of these. Enjoy your stay and lovely food with very friendly and professional service.

Hier stap je terug in de tijd, misschien wel 50 jaar… Bijzonder hartelijke ontvangst door meneer Paul, de general manager. Hij sjouwt zelf de koffers naar boven en de beste man regelt bijna alles. Wij logeerden in kamer 19 die op het zuiden is gesitueerd en daardoor bloedheet omdat alle gordijnen openstonden. Volgens meneer Paul de eerst zomerdag in Schotland. So enjoy! Buiten heerlijk aan aperitief met de hapjes van de dag. Daarna echt een heerlijk diner aan een orachtig gedekte tafel in een onbersiepijk restaurant metvitrines vol oude serviezen, klassieke boeketten met chrysanthen en een fluisterend gezelschap. Genoten van de gerookte zalmforel, paté, een mooie kipgerecht en tenslotte een heerlijk dessert. De Crozes Hermitage was ook super. De bediening kon in een film figureren. Nog een afzakkertje in één van de gezellige salons en daarna naar bed. Inderdaag nog steeds de allerzachtse matrassen van het eiland, een badkamer met héél véél spiegels en een wastafel op de hoogte van kleine kinderen. Op je gat in bad om te kunnen douchen. Goed vasthouden om niet je heup te breken en daarna slapen! Een prachtig ontbijt de andere dag en weer op pad om Schotland te verkennen. Wij hebben een heel leuk verblijf gehad in dit museumhotel. Bedankt.

Another lovely visit to a truly relaxing and comfortable hotel. Housekeeping, food and service all top class. Paul is everywhere and ensures you have everything you need. Thoroughly recommended for a relaxing break - plenty t do locally and a visit to Glamis Castle and the wonderful gardens is a must.
