The hotel was centrally placed in Blairgowrie and, with plenty of good bus connections, provides an excellent base for accessing various parts of the Cateran Trail. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed. There was a welcoming atmosphere and the breakfasts were very filling.

Victoria hotel Our room was adequate for one night. Bathoom had been up dated and overall very clean. Down side (no fault of the hotel ) we parked our car in the free carpark next to the hotel. On retuning the following mornig my sons car had been scratched (keyed) down the length of his car. We returned to the hotel to report the matter requesting someone to come to the door to speak to me but communication continued through a ring door bell. We did find out off locals that youths hang around that aerea in the evening and they have no CCTV. All in all a costly overnight stay in Blairgowrie to visit a sick relative.

Nice small hotel with character Very nice hotel, great location and friendly helpful staff. The room was surprisingly big and the place was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great too! The hotel has no dedicated car park but there is plenty of safe parking available near the hotel. We will definitely be back and would recommend the Victoria hotel to anyone considering a stay in Blairgowrie.

A warm welcome on arrival and our room was OK. A firmer mattress would have suited us better. A choice of what elements of the full Scottish breakfast I wanted would have been good as there was too much for me to eat.
