Absolute fantastic bed and breakfast . Spotless throughout , lovely friendly hosts and the breakfast next morning was delicious. Free parking in the street also . Would highly recommend staying here and I will defo be Back next time I visit Blackpool .

If you are looking a 5 star b&b in Blackpool this is the one. Absolutely immaculate and most comfy beds I've come across. Breakfast was lovely and the hosts couldn't have been nicer. It's in a nice quiet street with plenty of parking. We will be back soon again

We have just returned from a 3 nights stay at this lovely b&b and have really enjoyed it. The rooms were very comfortable everything spotlessly clean as was the breakfast room.The breakfast was served to order and was delicious,a lot of choice cold or hot options.The owners are very friendly and made us feel so welcome.The b&b is close to town about a 15 min wqlk or buses and trams are at the top of the street and there is plenty of free parking near to the property.We will not hesitate to book again when we are in Blackpool and will certainly recommend to friends.

had a 2 night stay here and the location was nice and quiet but only a 15 minute walk down the prom to the tower you could get the tram but a brisk walk with the sea air was perfect. parking was easy as the road around here are all free and plenty of spaces when we arrived. host welcomed us and showed us to our room we have a spacious room with a sofa. immaculately clean and smelt fresh. the decor had been recently refurbished and was to a high standard. beds were excellent and slept well both nights. breakfast was exceptional variety of fruit and cereals to start before hosts took you main breakfast order. This was cooked to order and was a good quality and choice. the whole property was kept to a very high clean standard will definitely stay again.

Arrived @ edenfield and was able to check in early the owners were very welcoming. The lobby is very clean refreshing and smelling lush. A quick glance in the dinning/breakfast room looked very clean, modern and set out well with great decor. The room was very spacious, very clean and modern with nice furniture, fresh clean bedding and a comfortable mattress with a good night sleep. The bathroom once again was very clean and modern with clean fresh towels and a spacious shower. The breakfast was lovely with a wide selection to choose from as well as the menu cooked to perfection and warm. Can not fault the place with the cleanliness very homely and inviting with great friendly and inviting host. Bus and trams roots are literally a walk away at the end of the street with free on street parking right outside. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning again.

Absolutely perfect b&b, the whole place is immaculate with the most luxurious comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Shaun & Mel was the most hospitable hosts and go the extra mile to make your stay feel relaxing whilst offering all the comforts you would find at home. Would so highly recommend this beautiful b&b to anyone wanting a perfect experience of a b &b in Blackpool. Thank you Shaun & Mel and we will return soon

Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay, lovely people, clean and comfy rooms and the breakfast was amazing, the dining area is light and clean also. Would definitely go again and highly recommend. Thank you both .......................

Absolutely fabulous place to stay! 5 minute walk to the nearest tram stop. Very reasonably priced with friendly hosts. Comfy bed so a good nights sleep. Fresh, modern decor throughout. The whole place was immaculate. And the breakfast was excellent with ample choice for every taste. Next time we stay in the area we will try to book here first! Will definitely be back
