Palm Beach Hotel by the Sea

The hotel was fine and near some of the tourist amusement area. However, making me change hotel on my last night of stay for some reasons wasn't pleasant to me.

Excellent service nice friendly staff and management team booked a 3 days short break to get my head clear 200meters from the promenade 5 mins into the centre of town plenty of things to do will recommend to everyone who stays here

We had a great stay only negative was you never informed them we had 2 dogs so we had to go up 2 flights, and one dog was blind and had to be carried, but Sarah the mamagrr er I think was friendly and helpful.

Came with my partner and large dog (staffy cross) for the night. You have to pay £15 per dog and leave £50 deposit upon arrival which has to be in cash. We booked a double room which was nice and clean and just perfect size for us. Checked in around 10pm then went for a walk to get some food and have some drinks. Dog was almost kidnapped by crack head woman in town centre so we went back to hotel and asked if we could leave dog in the room whilst we went for drinks and gave manager (friendly tall polish man) my partners phone number incase she made any noise. Manager was talking to a really friendly local lad on steps outside who told us of nice places to go for drinks and music like show bars, karaoke bars and things to do the next day as we didn’t really have a plan. We were out for a few hours and came back and my boyfriend had a drink and chatted with manager downstairs while I went to bed. Manager said dog was no trouble at all. Next morning checked out at 10am and got deposit back in full. Had a great night sleep bed was comfortable and clean. Only downside was it was quite hot in there in the morning so had to open windows but I’d rather be too hot than too cold so wasn’t really an issue for us. As for people saying there was no car park, there is. It’s down the side of the building. Also reviews saying it’s too tight to get a car down well I took the dog down there for walk and there was a Toyota Hilux parked down there so clearly people saying can’t get a small car down there don’t know how to drive. I think that people saying they didn’t get deposit back must have done something wrong because we have a large dog who was left unattended for a couple of hours so would have been so easy for them to say she had damaged the room in some way eventhough we know she isn’t destructive and never destroyed anything before, I wouldn’t have been able to prove that so I do believe that these people must be doing something wrong not to be getting deposit back. Everyone was friendly, got deposit back, and had a great night sleep. Thank you Las Palmas Blackpool we will here stay again.

We booked this place as a last minute booking, so we didnt know what to expect. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a smile. We managed to park at the back of the building. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. It was very hot though as the heating was on, but once turned off, the room went much cooler. The beds were very comfortable, and the view was quite nice. The toilet was a bit dodgy, but it didnt cause much of an issue. For the price of the rooms, you cant complain. It was a nice stay, and if we came back to blackpool, wed go back here.
