Friendly helpful.
Friendly helpful chap on reception, parking wasnt part of the booking but he found available space and even offered after stay parking upon our check out, there was no noise from other guests, no issues with Hotel Roomz.

Absolutely awful room was filthy mouldy peas and biscuits in the hotel drawers Fake eyelashes stuff to the wall and light switch Dirty shower hairs all over the bathroom floor Complained to reception offered us another.room that room had mould carpet was filthy we had to leave and source another hotel We booked through ******* and they needed the hotels permission for us to get a refund and he refused Absolutely vile Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!!

The room we had wasn’t hoovered mirror hadn’t been cleaned,noise levels at night time was horrendous kids running around well after midnight shouting and general banging from other rooms,not the best nights sleep and won’t be back.

rooms were disgusting full of mould,tiles hanging off in bathroom,shower unusable due too dirt and mould,toilet was filthy and hanging off the wall,no place to put toiletries,beds were uncomfortable,pillows (if u can call them that) so thin,tiny tv with no remote,kettle but no cups,not enough sockets too charge phones, no one available on reception from when we booked in at 2.30,dirty walls and dust everywhere it was that bad that we actually left at 10pm and drove back home.I would never recommend this place to anyone its more of a hostel than a hotel and they have had the nerve to say we was a 'no show' so won't refund us

We're at Blackpool twice a year and this is our hotel of choice. Friendly staff can't do enough for us. It's not the Ritz but it suits us down to a T. My disabled daughter loves this hotel due to its close proximity to the pleasure beach. Looking forward to going again in September.

I stayed here with my family 2 young children and partner. Disgusting hotel Rude staff Stunk of ******** Kicked me and my young family out at 2am as said we were not staying here because we wanted a refund and challenged them about the smell of ***** and this is when staff got defences. Needs reported to the council Mouldy mattress in room 166.
