Had a lovely stay. Friendly hosts comfy bed. really good value for the money and the break was excellent.

Initially all seemed well a nice building and half decent location. How wrong was I. The room was very small with 2 yapping dogs for neighbours if I blinked they would start barking. The WiFi did not work and the shower ran cold water only. Breakfast was okay but not until 9 am which meant I missed out twice. When I dared to suggest I might be due some money refunding they claimed everything was perfect and I am a liar. There is little apart from the beach and a pub on the doorstep and town is about 30 mins walk away.

This is a lovely, homely Blackpool B&B run by friendly folks. It’s clean, charming, in a great location and just a short walk to the sea front. My room was perfect for my needs and again, clean and tidy. Delicious breakfast too. I’ll definitely be back.

Lovely place to stay. Lynda and Petra are welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Near to the beach and only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Blackpool. Would definitely recommend as good value for money.

Woof woof
The reason I gave it a low score, is because the room next to me had two dogs that would not stop barking until about 10pm. Then started again around 7.30 am. Otherwise I could not fault it. If you want a low budget stay, then you won’t find better.
