I booked it for the dance festival, and I found the location is quite close to the Winter Garden~The price is reasonable and the lord is friendly. Strongly recommend this place for a short stay.😊

My stay was amazing, the owners were very polite and friendly. I cannot fault this establishment in any way. I will definitely be returning to this property in a couple of weeks. Close to town centre and a stones throw from the beach. Good value

Stopped over for one night in the week, Sammy greated me on arrival super friendly and nice just what you want, good value.. Only issue I had was that it was bloody cold in the night as the heating was off so didn't get much sleep, but apart from that can't fault them and will look to book in again next time I'm up this way.

Unfortunately due to myself being poorly on the day of travelling I had to cancel my stay at the Novello. As much as I can’t comment on the rooms etc I would like to say how helpful the owners were prior to the scheduled stay. Very polite. Helpful. Confirmation sent within minutes. Answered all my questions. Really nice polite people. Fully understanding when I had to cancel. I will definitely be booking again when I can.

My stay was pretty awesome.
The staff on duty was extremely polite and formal.
He called me twice to ensure that I would be checking in that night, as I checked in late.
Upon arrival, my room was already prepared and very well presented to me.
I had a very enjoyable night.

I stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights with my husband. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there, the room was perfect size for us small, clean, nice and cozy. The staff were really sweet and friendly. Service provided was amazing.
Things that could be improved: Toilet door fixed before arrival, Temperature of the water, the dial was not working properly and the heating kept turning on and off. We would have been really happy if we were provided with a microwave. The rooms are too close together and you could literally hear everything from the rooms next door it does get quite loud and noisy.
