The Pembroke

Just spent the weekend at this hotel ( 2 nights in rooms 5 & 7 ) Lovely hotel very clean ,breakfast lovely. The owner very helpful. Car parks literally within a 2 minute walk which is always a bonus. We will be back at some point again this year 100 percent. Thank you for a nice weekend.

Terrible. Worse place I've stayed. Also, there using photos from previous owners to advertise. Unfreindly owner, terrible rooms. We didn't even stay the night. He offered us another room, but cold, bathroom door was almost off the hinges.

Visited Blackpool with my daughter for a dance competition at the winter gardens. The pembroke was in the perfect location, 8 mins walk to the winter gardens and 5 minutes from the train station. We stayed in a double room. It was tiny but very clean with everything we needed. Very friendly owners who would go out their way to help with anything. Breakfast included which was tasty.

Absolutely rank. This is honestly the worst B&B I have ever stayed in. It was absolutely filthy. I checked all reviews on both *********** and trip advisor before booking and both were great so thought we would give it a go. But please do not book this hotel. Our room had half the ceiling missing, plug sockets falling off, lamps were thick of dust there was no light shade on the light and the toilet was broken and was constantly running. I actually had to go out and buy anti bacterial wipes from Sainsbury’s to wipe the room down myself as there was so much dust and dirt I couldn’t stop coughing and sneezing. The pillows were thin as anything you were pretty much just lying on the mattress. There was mold all around the shower head. We stayed for 2 nights and unfortunately had to stay both nights as it was air show weekend everywhere was full so we had no option of going anywhere else but please do not book this hotel. I cleaned it myself with wipes and paid £90 a night for the privilege!!

After reading reviews we chose the Pembroke. I can only think that a lot of the good reviews are false. This was the worst guest house we have ever stayed in. The rooms are tiny the beds were metal framed and very uncomfortable. The breakfast was very poor. There are many good places in Blackpool at the same cost.

Nice wee place John the Host was amazing he made me so welcome and got to meet some of his family Breakfast was amazing for the 14 days I was there beach shops cafes bar’s restaurants Blackpool tower winter gardens the opera house the Trams buses Town central all within minutes of walking distance Trams we’re cheap buses we’re cheap ect just a great Wee Hotel and great location the cleaner was very polite and Helpful Thank you John for making me so welcome I’ll need to go on a diet after all your extra portions and your coffee was great with the cinnamon in it I needed this Break as per our conversations I came as a Stranger and left as a friend Thank you James Edinburgh 🤜🐶🤗

Great location for town centre, train station and north pier. Owners are lovely and very helpful. I had a double room (rm 8) was small but cozy had everything you needed in there i just didn’t like the fact u cudnt see out of window as was privacy film on it but i guess the reason was room was overlooked by nxt guest house but still im not complaining and would definitely go back ☺️

Very disappointed. Tiny room, legs full of bruises from knocking on the bed frame as no room to walk around properly. Rude male owner. No veggie breakfast, and I had to ask for my toast as it weren't brought with breakfast. No choice of cereal/milk, only cornflakes and dairy milk. Towels weren't changed as advertised, in fact, no one came in our room at all. Were told there was parking and there wasn't, we had to pay £17 in a carpark. Won't be returning

Great little b &b lovely hosts fantastic breakfast ! Clean comfy bed great shower, perfect for a short break , close to seafront , gods bar at the end of the street , close to the night life but not noisy on an evening so we had a good nights sleep , we will definatly be back here , felt really welcome Thankyou for a lovely stay x
