Was good hotel but no water and thank Chang my room when asked

Friendly environment and very cooperative .

Hot water tap was not working. TV was not working. Room is too small.

Booked this hotel very last minute. Read the reviews on here after booking and was nervous to say the least! The man who checked us in was friendly. The room was very basic but met our needs. Bed sheets were clean. Was alright for a last minute night out in Blackpool.

Need to revamp the whole property

I liked getting parking space right outside the hotel IN a hotel space as stated on the t&c… but then got told I had to pay £10 per night… however NOWHERE did it say “you must pay £10 per night”… the ‘owner’ said “it’s my hotel I make the rules” HA the owner doesn’t deserve a bloody hotel, the owner needs to sit down and think long and hard about his so called ‘rules’ EVERYTHING could’ve been better, I mean it’s Blackpool you can’t wish for much but for the price per night you’d expect there to be… clean towels, a dry carpet not damp, a working hot shower, a room that doesn’t smell of smoke, bird poo on the INSIDE on the window, oh a window that actually closes with an actual window lock, heating that works, and some actual decent sleep not an on going domestic in the room above and the ‘hotel owner’ not doing a thing about it for the other safety of his guests, and finally a FIRE ALARM that has been said in many other complaints - going off at 8:41am we had it lucky unlike some there’s went off at 5am… AVOID this hotel like your life depends on it even if every other hotel had no vacancy’s, I think I’d take my chances on the streets of Blackpool:)
