A great mid-week trip from Bathgate during the English school mid term break. A very good sea view room, well worth £5/day extra. Excellent staff for both room and restaurant, very helpful, chatty despite being busy. James the manager is very helpful should you have an issue to discuss. He will do his very best to assist you. The Blackpool Promotions package is very good value for DB&B, travel pass and return coach. We come back regularly, highly recommended each time.

2nd time this year here with a friend ticks all the boxes.the entertainment is great Paul Mac and Caine Ward are brilliant together .first time seeing the Icons show wow was brilliant not what i expected in a hotel .the dancing,singing and costumes were amazing will defo be back to see them.

We had a premier room which was lovely, only downfall was the windows were blackened out so no natural light or ventilation. The air conditioning helped. The staff at the hotel very helpful, James in reception and Lewis in the bar. Entertainment was excellent.

Stayed there with my niece on the 4th to 11th October, we are both pensioners, in total we paid £605. The room was disgusting, poor cleanliness,we complained but was told to contact Blackpool promotions. An email was sent to them then trading standards. Who said to contact citizens advice

This is my third time this year and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always book all inclusive and I’m never let down. The food is really good and the dining staff can’t do enough for you. The bar staff are also very attentive. All round lovely staff in all departments. I also enjoy the entertainment . Thank you all once again for a lovely holiday. See you again soon. Mary.

3rd time back here. Absolutely love it, staff are amazing, entertainment is fab. The food is OK. Yes it is a bit old,does need updating but for the price you can't complain. I also see some comments about the Scottish people, we met some in June and this last trip was to meet back up with them all. They are the nicest people you could possibly meet, i havent laughed that much in a long time we are booking again for next year. Flavia, Chris, Connor, Callum,Neil, Chloe and Lewis. OVULIVII 2nd nite here n whal,from the minute wee got off bus the staff where amazing,,they accommodated us to our needs without any hassle,,all staff are amazing,,brilliant. Wee Lewis should have a crown for all his helping wee buddies up n downstairs and drunken residents(not us lol) and treated them with so much respect,,constant asking are we okay,,,sense of humour is fantastic,n Callum also. Defo be back for the hospitality n crowning off Lewis our king 2024 lol xx

My friend's and I love going to stay at the Royal Seabank Hotel the staff are really friendly and very helpful rooms clean and cosy food quite nice also .the entertainment is fabulous and great bingo each night we had all-inclusive and it was good value when we stayed in October.

Never again lots of Scotish people there think they own the hotel The swearing was shocking I'm sure they could string a sentence together without all the Fwords in it food was basic the soup had the same taste 3 nights running only a different name ,as a retired cook I was very disappointed with the food .The staff are Lovely no complaints at all never seen so many stairs in my life they need to put it in the hotel description
