Don't expect to have a room when you arrive. Contacted them to pay for parking even called the day before to see if it was ok to park up if we arrive early... to then be told we haven't even got you booked it even though it was booked 9 months before... it's booking. Com fault..hummm really well at what point after stating my name when paying for parking and when I called the day before did anyone say ohh no we haven't got you booked!!!! I should of learnt the first time we stayed when we asked to stay an extra night after we booked, spoke to Dena and was told it was all booked but then when we came to pay for parking she said no only have you booked for 2 nights??? No apology, I messed up forgot to book it... nothing! The right hand has no idea what the left hands doing here!! Sort it guys it's not good enough! And have to say the ciggy smell needs to go.

Steve and Pauline were very welcoming with Steve helping carry our bags upto our room. They were very informative during our stay and quickly sorted extremely noisy guests upstairs (he couldn't apologise enough for them). The apartment was clean upon entering with stocked with all of the basics needed for a short stay. Bedding and towels were super clean! Beds were comfortable.Extra bedding supplied also. Great value for money and super close to the south pier, weatherspoons, water park etc. Perfect for my family. Would stay again. Thank you

Very welcoming hosts (Steve and Pauline), very informative about the area. Lovely 1 bed apartment, everything you need for a stay. Close to Blackpool south station and the front. Near the south pier. Will come again.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CHARLATANS!!!. Absolutely horrendous experience. Booked on the 9th July, Dena confirmed parking etc on the 10th July. All sorted. Receive a phone call off Ste who I personally think was drunk on the 10th August to tell me it was cancelled. I was incandescent. He said he and his wife Pauline would look into it and sort it as they look after the property. As the pictures down below will show as evidence. It was all sorted and me and my daughter were assured they are booking was all good to go. We were lied to from the outset. I have text and email trails to disprove their lies and deceit. Later on the 10th all sorted. An hour later I receive Cancellations off *********** but I’m still assured we are still good to go. Today, I send a text to confirm details for THIS Wednesdays booking, to be told, cancelled and to go through *********** who Pauline had told me they have nothing to do with????????WTF??? This has been an horrendous straight forward two night booking for me and my daughter to spend a bit of time together. I won’t let this go as I feel that strongly about it. No offer of compensation or anything!!!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH.

The smell of the apartment and inside building in general was horrendous! The smell made my daughter fiscally sick and ill for the rest of our stay. We had to check out early due to the stench of strong stale body odour that lingered. I don't believe the apartment has ever been ventilated and is compensated with musk air fresheners. As we were about to get in our car and drive off LUCKILY my husband noticed all of our wheel nuts were hanging off all four of our tyres!! Clear to see someone had tampered with our car and if my husband hadn't noticed then I would not be writing this review as driving the car like that could have been fatal!! The hotel manager asked my daughter and husband three times to pay £15 for parking even though we had paid it in advance!! No coffee pods to go with the coffee machine provided. Tv did not work in the living room and all fuses had been removed from the heaters. I would not recommend this apartment to my worst enemy!! Absolute disgusting apartment worst place I've ever stayed!!
