We booked to stay at the Reads court as a last min night away. 4 adults and 1 child (2 years old) Stress free booking, very easy. We were given a free upgrade to one of their other apartments called Kings court. It is absolutely beautiful. Free tea and coffees, a pint of milk in the fridge, biscuits, fresh towels (that look brand new) pots, pans, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, everything you think you could need. It’s very clean, the beds are so comfortable, you can sign into Netflix on the tv. It’s like a real home from home. The coffee shop does lovely coffee and even better cocktails and the staff are so friendly! I would highly recommend this place. 5* We will definitely be back one day.

Heritage house was a welcome stay after moving from a disastrous previous holiday property. They allowed an early check in and had the heating on ready for our arrival on a freezing weekend. Lovely large property with plenty of space for our child to run around in and the adults to relax. Tea/coffee facilities and a welcome stick of rock was a lovely touch. Comfy beds and brilliant views of the tower. Excellent customer service being very attentive and pleasant. Brilliant location only a couple minutes from the promenade, attractions and local shops. Unfortunately didn't have time to sample their breakfast at the coffee shop!

Beautiful apartment. Staff are second to none. It’s like home from home. Highly recommended to any family. It’s a stone throw from beach the lot. If you’re after a good time this is the place to go. Every time we go at least x3 per year it’s been brilliant and a hell of a laugh

Stayed here for the young farmers AGM weekend and couldn’t have been better. Lovely people who kept in touch over the weekend making sure everything was okay. Comfy beds, plenty of space, all the self catering facilities you need. Only slight issue was the shower pressure wasn’t amazing but that didn’t matter to us for what we were there for. Already booked for 2024

Very nice apartment had all you needed it was very big and beautiful also there was a outdoor just for your apartment we're the kids can play and were you can sit I will be going back to stay at this apartment when I come back to blackpool

Would recommend these apartments they are beautiful and clean. The staff are so polite and are there to make your stay as comfortable as they can. Parking available but have to pay but we didn't mind it was worth it. Give them a try, sorry I didn't take photos wish I had.

A different apartment this time but offered same comfort and facilities. Very clean and modern. We had an issue with the TV freeview but as soon as reported an engineer arrived promptly to sort it out. What great service! Location is perfect and the staff are so helpful (thank you Thomas!). They really make you feel like part of the family. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!

highly recommended spacious and comfortable very clean a real home from home close to the town and the central area of Blackpool convenient real find parking on site was small and tight but was looked up at night so it was secure
