The room was ok. I arrived a bit early . The Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We were the only couple jn hotel Sunday night. Host let us check out a bit later as we had a late night.

for what we paid i wasn't expecting the ritz,lovely couple running it but it definitely needs some tlc,easy check in,advertised as free on site free parking to be charged £18,bed was comfy,a coat of paint wouldn't go a miss,shower didn't work very well,toilet seat wasn't attached.

Area good because Blackpool is what we went for.
Property was terrible in every area!
An absolute insult on people, to think that it is acceptable to rent these rooms in such a state and get away with it

This hotel is very dated but ultimately extreamly clean. Comfy beds. Easy check in and check out. No breakfast available. Rooms were nice and warm. Situated in a great spot for all the attractions, only a short walk to the Tower and the promenade

This was a massive room with a massive bathroom was comfy bed and clean very clean staff was amazing and they even offered use of microwave plates and glasses plates knives and forks they even had as much tea and coffee and you would want use of hair dryers a fridge was lovely really enj9yed our stay and would defo be booking again

The Shower was old and falling apart tiles dirty the shower tray was falling apart and shower water had no pressure water almost dribbling was hot the floors were creaking heating limited
