Great family trip to Blackpool. Andy and Jo were fab fom the very first minute we arrived, helping us with our bags and entertaining the children. The room was lovely and included everything we needed. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and didnt want to leave the room as they were having so much fun. We were there over New Year and they even put on a buffet for guests to celebrate the evening. If we went back to Blackpool we would definitely return.

A Fabulous stay,Andy and Jo are perfect hosts,very friendly and welcoming, the room was lovely with comfortable bed,so we slept really well,bathroom was beautiful with good storage space and an excellent shower,plenty of choice for breakfast too and the full English was cooked to perfection, the whole place is spotlessly clean and a credit to them,we will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at Rossall House, it was our first time here and I don’t think it will be our last! Fabulous hosts in Andy, Jo & Grace, so friendly, kind & helpful. Room was excellent and bed so comfy. Breakfast was delicious too. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 🤩

Beautiful guest house modern and very clean. Situated close to the sea front. Andy and Jo made us very welcome and tended to all our needs and made it very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and plenty to chose from. we'll done to the chef Tony and Jo and Grace for prompt table service. this is a definite return visit.

We have just got back from a weekend stay at Rossall Guest House in Blackpool. It is without doubt the best guest house we have stayed in by a long way. Jo and Andy are fantastic hosts and the place is immaculate. The breakfasts are fantastic with lots of variety. In our group were children with additional needs and Jo and Andy went above and beyond to make sure all their needs were catered for. Would never stay anywhere else in Blackpool.

Lovely, welcoming hosts, made our stay very comfortable from the moment that we arrived. Very family orientated B&B with yummy breakfast. Location very close to the main beach and the Sandcastles waterpark. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for our needs
From start to finish we really enjoyed our stay. Place is spotless and very very quiet. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Rooms were immaculate and a decent size. Lounge and bar area comfortable with board games for kids. Well stocked bar and the cocktails were lovely! Thank you Andy and Jo for a lovely stay. We will be back thats for sure!

Definitely no 1 B and B in Blackpool
Absolutely Fantastic service above and beyond any other b & b i have stayed in .
Even better service than most hotels .
