Premier Inn Blackpool (Bispham)

Great hotel hotel manager, when I arrived I'd booked the wrong dates online, but the manager was on reception and helped sort that out. I got a nice room with very few rooms left. Room and bathroom were very clean and quiet. This is the best Premier Inn hotel I've stayed in. I recommend this hotel and I'll look forward to coming back. The staff in the pub/restaurant annex were also good, secret's out.

Have visited this hotel 3 times in the past year and always received a top professional and friendly service from Emily (the manager) for her advice and help during our stay Also a big shout out to Richard on the front desk for jokes and his witty sense of humour. Always made to feel very welcome, nothing is ever a problem and feel these two both go out of their way if there's anything you need during your stay. We will be back......so hope to see you again soon

Had a great stay staff were amazing and helpful Emily the manager was amazing as-well I feel the managers miss out on the praise in these sorts of place's. Can’t recommend the hotel enough was very easy to to get to all the destinations I needed to during the day

Excellence warm stay friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us a warm welcome by the staff clean room good location for us as a family went for food at the restaurant, which was excellent. Definitely recommend and will be back again.thanks again to the staff

The pictures tell the story, wasn't expecting the Fitz bit at least a clean room. They say your meant to have the best sleep ever but with the heater banging all night that didn't happen. 1 member of staff in duty at check in that took 20 mins, and ended up issuing a faulty key card so have to make several trips to room. Won't be returning in a hurry.

So the actual stay at the hotel was fine, no problems at all. The problem was my partner got a parking fine for the (free onsite parking) at the hotel! My partner works in the army so it was a weekend away whilst he was home. He returned back to work on the sunday and he was away for afew months! When he returned home we was in utter shock that he was fined from Horizon! there was also a court letter and the courts were taking £125 a month out of his pay check in the sum of £615! From free onsite parking!! As he was away with work and didnt get to the letter within 14 days to dispute this, he was robbed of £615!! Actually disgusting from "free onsite parking"
