1820 Boutique Rooms & Suites

Lovely clean room near South Shore. Bathroom was lovely with a powerful shower. Quick friendly check in. Comfortable bed. Only let down was the coffee machine did not work and no alternative coffee supplied. Not a happy boy without my morning coffee.

Nobody to greet us on arrival had to make a phone call and someone came to let us in who couldn’t wait for us to pay for room and car park still had our bags and hadn’t seen our room and he had the card machine out Outside property was scruffy Room was ok but not boutique all bbc channels on Tv didn’t work Payed for breakfast told was at 9.30 am left standing in hallway as doors were locked let us in 10 mins late told to sit at a certain table no choice given for breakfast asked for poached eggs was told I don’t cook poached eggs only option was full English which I’m not too fussed on Just not very welcoming Couple next door were also rowing till 3am and slamming the door as he threw the partner out a few times !!!! Good job the Lytham Festival was good Wouldn’t recommend

Good modern size room with all the amenities you’d need. Clean towels in the bathroom, nice comfy bed. Although we couldn’t get a twin room, we did share a large double and that was perfect. Bathroom is alittle on the small size but has everything you need anyways, brilliant shower! There’s no aircon in the rooms which would make it very hot in the summer. Check in/out was very easy and the staff were so polite and lovely. Good location, very close to south pier and only 15 mins from pleasure beach. Unsure whether you could leave bags there after check out as the hotel isn’t always staffed. Could provide some free water in the rooms for the kettle. Can hear the sound of doors from other neighbours but wasn’t too bad. Plugs might need changing, felt alittle old. Overall, a good room for a very good price on a weekend.

Stopped here with my daughter for a few days on arrival there was nobody at the hotel I had pre booked a early check in at a cost of 10£ after making a phone call someone arrived, hotel room was really nice only a few things could help make it better the plugs in the room kept falling off when removing my phone charger the coffee machine does not work also for a 5 star hotel there should be some kind of fridge with water or some kind of refreshments in. Breakfast was charged at 10£ which I thought was a bit steep don’t get me wrong it was nice but there’s no options and I think paying 10£ for a 6year old for breakfast was not the best overall I would stop here again

Hotel was cheaply done with no staff on hand and if you find someone to report a problem don't expect it to be resolved before you leave. We felt like we were an inconvenience and found the staff to be lacking in customer service skills.

Booked this Hotel after reading reviews on both here and *********** and booked. Arrived around 5:30pm and couldn’t get access to the property. Two phone calls later and managed to get hold of someone at the hotel who came to let us in. We’d completely missed the ring doorbell on the outside wall. Front appearance of hotel needs maintaining and tidying up. The lady that greeted us was really helpful (to a certain extent) The “deluxe room” was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable with a super modern bathroom! What the room was lacking; A Nespresso machine that actually works! An ironing board to iron clothes with the iron provided. Details of WI-FI. Password protected Wi-Fi for guest but no where to be seen. Breakfast; No options provided No fruit juices / cereal / yogurts / fruit etc No Napkins Was given a full English which was tepid/Luke warm Overall this place is all fur coat and no knickers - looks good but lacking in what is needed for a good hotel. At £111 paid for the one night plus £10 for parking I’m feeling well ripped off! We would have better off staying at the Premier Inn for a fraction of the cost! Would personally not recommend staying here!
