Claremont Hotel - All Inclusive!

The food was excellent and the majority of the staff were nice and friendly. The room we got this time was far superior to what we had the last time we were down we got a sea view which is a bit more expensive but worth it .The entertainment at night was exceptional. The only downside is having to wait till 8.30 before any entertainment started. They most certainly need another lift as there is only 1 and while we were down it broke down twice and my husband has a disability and we were on the 3rd floor. He can’t use stairs so he had to use the service lift which is located in the restaurant so not ideal.

I stayed here last weekend with mu mum who is very poor health we have stayed here for over 10 years my mum loved this hotel we checked in at 18.30pm after I finished work on the Saturday we found out that the Hotel was closing on the Sunday we was told for maitainance we thought it was cause the air con was leaking we then found out that numerous guests was isolating in there room due to norovirrous this was very alarming as my mum is not in good health we became very worried taking this into consideration we never engaged in any of the entertainment and stayed out of the Hotel as much as we could I am not happy as if when we arrived the staff could have been honest and informed us of the situation we could have not checked in and either gone home or stayed in another hotel we was not given a chance upon leaving both me and my mum became ill I have taken a week of work as I work with vulnerable adults I have requested a full refund and not even had a response back we usually visit this Hotel at least twice a year but we will definitely not go back as we was not been informed of the outbreak and everything was just brushed under the carpet this is people lives at risk

At the end of our stay at the Claremont,we were feeling really ill, left early Friday morning with no breakfast, arrived home to find out we had norovirus, won't be staying at the Claremont hotel

Fantastic hotel friendly staff food was amazing entertainment was good room was a bit small but u only sleep in it all inclusive deal bar was good with named brands open till midnight would and will be going back

Discrimination at its finest ! Rude reception staff ! I will leave it at that but be careful here if your not up to THEIR standards you won’t even be able to dine at their “establishment”……………… ………….. …………………………………………………………………………………………..

Lovely as always, from helpful managers, cheerful friendly receptionists, restaurant staff and brilliant cleaning staff. Very clean room, as was the entire hotel and also lovely meals and entertainment. Such a friendly hotel to keep returning to.
