Booked this place for 3 nights and managed to stay for 2 nights …then checked out. This breakfast is very poor quality Very inexperienced staff with bad attitudes And the place is absolutely filthy . Good entertainment In afternoon with female impersonator Miss Terri Fox well worth a watch if not easily offended.

Great hotel. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. Bonus was the iron and board. We had a triple room on the top floor which was great. Breakfast was included in the price and was nicely cooked. Fresh fruit and yoghurt was also available The bar area was brilliant and found the prices very good compared to other bars we visited. The entertainment was also very good. All the staff we met were great and very welcoming. Easy check in and out. Hope to get booked in next year.

Checking in wasn't as straight forward as we'd hoped for as there was some mistake made with our booking. However the manager (don't know her name) resolved the problem straight away and we got checked in. We stayed for 3 nights, Thursday to Sunday. We stayed in a double room. It was adequate/ basic but it was absolutely spotless. The bar area is nice with good music and always some form of entertainment on. Breakfast (included) is basic but offers everything you'd want/ need. The atmosphere between the kitchen staff is entertaining to say the least. They like to argue (shouting and swearing) and everyone can hear them. It makes you feel a bit awkward. Overall had a good stay and would stay again. Thank you for having us!

The staff are so lovely and welcoming, the bar is good value, the entertainment is fab, the rooms are clean, well designed and reasonably priced. Highly recommend the Mardi Gras Hotel!

Lovely atmosphere. lovely place. food cheap and cheerful. I had to mark it low to get peoples attention……. on the main problem and that would be the MANAGER the way it speaks to people and other members of staff is ludicrously appalling. So I clearly state in my review there is nothing wrong with the initial place. just a horrible person who’s employed. I’ve never stayed there so I can’t comment on the rooms. The beer is probably the cheapest in town. This is not an attack. This is just clearly what I seen when I was in there. No doubt it will be classed as an attack, but I can tell you it’s not you clearly need to look at your management team!!!!!!!!! because everybody’s talking about it whether they complain or not that’s another thing. They probably don’t complain because we know the owner can’t take criticism. If anybody else has experienced this behaviour with the manager leave a review so the owner knows and hopefully he might get rid of it.

Friendly staff and cheap drinks, only travelled over here tho to have a Sunday lunch. Its advertised as served 12 to 5pm. Got here at 4 and it was all finished. Very disappointed. Advertise it at 12 to 4pm to save people making the trip for nothing. Won't try again.

went in for a night out, place lay out good a few quid spent on refurb, very good entertainment. bar prices good cheaper than a lot of places. only let let down was the barmaid Donna defo a jeremy kyle show type, a right gob on her only minus of the place

First time staying here. Warm friendly welcome; made to feel i had known the staff for ages. Great selection of beers & drinks at very reasonable prices. Centrally located 10 mins walk from Blackpool North station. Ensuite room with double bed. Biggest stocked tea-boat i have ever seen. Great bed & comfy night sleep. Breakfast was excellent esp the omelette. Great value for money.
