Stayed with my nephew for the weekend. I couldn’t fault it. It was impeccably clean, very comfy and lots of little home comforts. Angie was lovely and even though we didn’t stay for breakfast it smelled delicious. The hotel is about a 5 min walk from the tram which runs every 20 mins and we really enjoyed catching it up and down the promenade. Bit of a walk to the hub of things otherwise. We found this place by accident and had a great deal through booking dot com and it was worth every Penny and more. Will absolutely be back x

Home from home. Very nice comfortable stay. Close to all local amenities,bus/tram stops within walking distance. Great value for money, great hostess, great breakfast, Couldn’t recommend this little gem enough.Will definitely be visiting again!

Stayed here for 3 days at the golden sands with my family and 4 furbabies .Anie made us more than welcome and nothing was any bother room's we're all spacious and spotlessly clean beds were also very comfy you also get a really good cooked breakfast in the morning as well .thanks again Angie for looking after all or needs and will definitely be back again

Lovely, clean and welcoming B n B. Location was excellent, very central but also very quiet. Beds were lovely and comfy and the bedding and pillows smelt lovely. The host was lovely and ensured we had everything we needed. Breakfast was very nice, good quality bacon and sausages. The tea tray had a good selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Our room was very clean and we had a comfortable and pleasant stay so thank you, would recommend to stay here and will book again when I return to Blackpool.

We have a very lovelly stay. Room was nice and clean with very confy bed. The owner was very friendly and serve nice breakfast. She recommend us some attractions in the area as well so it was very helpful. We will recommend this b&b to our friends

Had a lovely 2 night stay at this guest house. Room 3 was large with a huge very comfortable bed, fridge, tea/coffee facilities and a great bathroom with shower. Angie makes you feel so welcome , made you feel you were staying with a friend. A lovely bubbly character. Have rebooked for another stay. Definately recommended
