Great location, spacious, very well kitted out and comfortable. Once you do battle with one-way streets and recalcitrant sat-nav, parking is super-convenient also. Pretty much ticked all the boxes for us. ....................................................................

An excellent location on the River Ness. A walk along the river was wonderful after a sumptuous dinner at Cafe 1. The apartment was spacious and modern. The kitchen was well appointed. Two large bathrooms with excellent showers and the in apartment washer/dryer was timely. The private basement garage parking was welcome in this crowded part of town. We’d definitely stay here again.

Grosse Saubere und sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung mitten im Zentrum von Inverness. Wir haben auch den Parkplatz genutzt in der Tiefgarage des Gebäudes auch diese Buchung und Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. ebenso wie der Late checkout am Tag unserer abreise. alles in allem volle Empfehlung für the die Land Apartments Ja

The apartment is in a great location within walking distance of many restaurants, train station and grocery stores. The river views were fabulous. We also did not hear a lot of street noise. We appreciated the welcome package as well. The reason for the four stars was that we found both the dishwasher and washer dryer difficult to use and could not figure them out even after reading the manuals. Also common area lights were not operating in two areas making those areas very dark (elevator hallway and refuge chute room). We alerted management to this issue on day 1 of our four day stay and never received a response and the lights were not fixed during our stay.
