The location is quite far from Loch Ness. The hotel seems to be a factory conversion. The floor seems a bit thin. It was very late when we arrived. We went to bed directly and left the next morning. Overall it was OK. The room was not small.

The room is spacious and clean. The only hiccup was that, at first, we got a room with a double bed despite booking a family room on Trip.com. When I asked the reception staff, she said there was no family room per se in the building, and in the booking that they had, it didn't say that I wanted a family room or how many people would be sleeping in the room. For them, a family room is a room with a double bed and an extra bed. The staff managed to change our room to one with an extra bed ready, so it wasn't a problem.

The hotel was what I expected. Clean, cheap and organised. Super easy and quick check in and check out process. Supermarkets nearby. Perfect for those who just want to spend the night. I would stay again and I recommend it.

Good service, free parking, only 10 minutes away from the city and there is a 24-hour ASDA next to it, which is very convenient. The room is big and very clean! ! ! !

Short break for Christmas shopping. This is a Ideal stop over when travelling to Inverness the rooms are massive with everything you need, spotlessly clean which is everything you could want. You do have to pay for WiFi after 15 minutes but this is not a particular high price if you are needing extra data.
