Black Hawk Hotels with Wi-Fi

Love Ameristar because they care for veterans. I get free slot play, my rewards for food and a great room with a great view. I have stayed here at least 10 times this year and it is definitely my go-too place for a great stay-cation experience. Highly recommended! Thanks for giving back to veterans.

We had to find someone to tell us where to check-in. When we tried it said the desk was closed at the time but to use the kiosk. We found two kiosks and they were both out of service. We started to walk through the ****** with our luggage and finally found someone that told us to go to ”the other tower”. After some more questions along the way we finally found check-in in the ”other tower” which was all the more confusing because this other check-in desk is in a tower of a different named hotel (all under the same roof). We were then told we were too early to check-in, they had been short staffed since COVID and the system was down. Yes, all three of those reason given at one time. As the line began to grow of people wanting to check-in we finally were able to and then took our luggage all the way back across the ****** to the original ”tower” where we entered to our room (the room was nice). My biggest issue is not once did anyone say they were sorry for the inconvenience or offer a free Coke, etc. It was not a pleasant experience.
