All in all, it was mediocre.. But that was probably because we were there shortly before the hotel closed.. The location is great though.. But as I said, we were in the run-down version there

Great location - 1 minute to the sea, private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. Excellent all inclusive for the money! The food is delicious - chicken, beef, fish too) good fresh vegetables, excellent watermelons) there is a good selection of delicious desserts)
Drinks - good beer, cocktails took gin with sprite - delicious) dry red wine, white is quite decent)
Rooms - clean, small, with air conditioning, balcony. The furniture is not new, but very decent! We had a regular room on the second floor, the plumbing is updated, the room has a refrigerator, hair dryer, the bed is normal) cleaning, change of towels - every day.
Nice pool, clean, with sun loungers.
The hotel area is small, but clean! The staff always washes everything)
And since the sea is nearby and there are many cafes and beaches - there is where to walk)
Very polite staff! The guys at the bar, the waiters, the reception and the kitchen - well done!
The only thing is that the carpets in the halls need replacing. Otherwise - very good)

The fact that the hotel is right by the sea is really nice, that was our primary reason for choosing it. The food is good, the beach is sandy, the room cleaning is a bit poor, only the towels were changed, the bed linens were not changed. If you have very high expectations, you may be disappointed. There is no water after 11 o'clock in this all-inclusive hotel. You have to get your own glass of water from the bottle. It's a shame for all the money you paid. If you are thinking of going, don't go.

Несмотря на привлекательную цену, обходите этот ,,отель" десятой дорогой. Иначе вы получите испорченный отпуск и выброшенные на ветер деньги. Кроме красивого расположения ничего хорошего вы здесь не найдёте. Еда-биотходы. Из сьедобного только фета. То, что готовят на кухне похоже на помои. Постельное бельё -старьё , полотенца напоминают половые тряпки. В баре есть вино, пиво, на вкус водопроводная вода, софтнапитки. Апельсиновый сок- сироп с краской и вкусом химии. Про коктейли не слышали . Анимация-колонка возле бассейна с ледяной водой и целый день жуткая музыка на всю громкость. Кругом грязь. На пляже, на территории отеля и в комнатах. Парни вроде бы моют полы, но на самом деле равномерно размазывают грязюку. Кругом огромные собаки. Они сидят возле вашего стола за завтраком, они спят рядом с вами , когда вы загорает, тут же ходят с туалет. Из гостей маску не носит никто и персоналу до этого нет дела. В нашей комнате не закрывалась балконнаю дверь (первый этаж) и мы долго ждали, пока её отремонтируют. Сейфа в номере нет. В ванной комнате нестерпимо воняет плесенью. Я могла бы долго продолжать описывать прелести этого т.н. отеля. Но короче говоря-держитесь подальше.

Отель не новый, но это не самый главный недостаток, первое это грязные номера при заселении пришлось убраться самим и в последующие дни , очень плохо убирались не смотря на то что мы оставляли деньги. Второе это еда , готовили без души ,в основном редко вкусно, часто пережаренно или пересолено . Что порадовало это пляж ,там было чисто , хорошие лежаки и постоянная уборка. В целом мы всё же отдохнули хорошо, для нас эти нюансы не важны, но хотелось рассказать будущим туристам . Я люблю Бодрум и особенно Битез. В октябре прекрасная погода, но так как сезон подходит к концу, персонал уставший и не особо рад гостям . Хорошее расположение отеля, всё что нужно есть в шаговой доступности . И я понимаю, что приехала в отель три звезды, но хотелось элементарных вещей как чистота ,приветливость и вкусно приготовленная еда. Отдельный плюс Wi-Fi работал на пляже ,что очень удобно.

Arrived with clutter and mess all over the steps into the hotel. Was booked in and taken to our rooms. The route was along a dark badly lit and tired looking corridor. The carpet along the walls was ruffled. At 3pm rooms still had trays with dirty plates and glasses outside them. Entered the room. Furniture very tired, scratched and very old. The bed mattress looked like it was very thin and again tired and worn out. I never sat on it so perhaps it was ok but I never sat on it as it wasn’t inviting in any sense and looked like if I did I would simply get springs sticking in me. Went into the bathroom and there was water all over the floor where the toilet was leaking. The couple we were with had the room next door and had the same experience but worse as there toilet had the previous users no2. Still sat in the pan. We immediately agreed that the hotel in no way lived up to its advertising and there was no way we could stay here and decided to go for a drink somewhere on the front to decide what to do. As we walked through the hotel we walked past the food serving area. Whilst no food was being served at the time we noticed the the hot food serving terrines hadn’t been cleaned with foo splash all over the metal work. We had paid for 4 nights but all agreed we would rather find an alternative place to stay and move even if it meant loosing our money. We found a lovely elf catering alternative that cost each couple a further £300 but rather that than stay in the disgusting surroundings we had arrived at. My recommendation DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE. and in case you are interested, despite our explaining how we felt they refused to refund any money.
