Problems started as soon as I entered the hotel. Although I made a reservation on tr.trip.com with the information of two adults and two children, when I entered the hotel, I was told at the reception that they only had information for adults and no information for children and that we had to pay an additional fee of around 8 thousand TL. We objected, we showed our reservation information on tr.trip.com, they did not accept it, we were asked to talk to the authorities of the place where we made the reservation, unfortunately we could not reach an authority or call center on tr.trip.com, there is no contact person with international connections, then they said let's not victimize you and they put us in a double room when we normally had a room reservation for two adults and a child, the room was small, they put a bunk bed for an additional child, and the bunk bed they put was broken, we turn on the water to take a shower, there is no hot water, leave that aside, there is no water, the water runs for a while and then it goes away, so be prepared and carry a plastic bottle of water with you, you wait with soap and foam to be able to take a shower, it comes again in 1 minute and then it goes away again, the water problem is a fault, they said they will fix it in 2 hours, two days passed and it was not fixed, they could not find a solid bunk bed instead of the broken bunk bed, then they brought a crooked bed as a solid bunk bed. After we constantly conveyed our complaints about the room, 2 days later they put us in the room for children that we had made our reservation for, there was still no hot water, but thank God It was lukewarm, the special feature of this hotel is that you pray when you take a shower so that the hot water will flow, the food is a complete disaster, you may feel disgusted with the chicken and meatballs, they are so badly cooked and tasteless, all the other side dishes are the same, the drinks are something watery and acidic, the same side dishes are served every day, it is a hotel where you will eat lots of salads, the hotel is also weak in terms of cleanliness and hygiene, especially the shared toilets are very bad, if you want to have a new problem every day and try to solve them, Bitez Garden Life Hotel is the right place for you on your holiday, the best part of the hotel is its staff, they try to help you but the management and administration are so bad that they can't do anything, the owner of the hotel should take care of this hotel a little instead of showing off by pulling his black electric Mercedes in front of the hotel every day, it is a hotel in a green area with trees but it has turned into an extremely bad hotel due to indifference and lack of management, it has an aqua park but there is no lifeguard on duty at the aqua park, children slide themselves, you have to constantly watch your child on the fast and violent slides, it is a situation that is entrusted to God, in general it deserves 7 points A mediocre hotel, not recommended to those who do not care.

Everything was good except the room was small. Thank you. Appetizers, desserts, breakfast, meals were good. It was good to have 3 pools and an Aqua park.

Tatilimiz boyunca her şey harikaydı! Otelin konumu muhteşem, doğayla iç içe. Odalar temiz, ferah ve oldukça konforluydu. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi; her isteğimizle ilgilendiler. Yemekler çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Havuz ve alanı düzenli olarak temizleniyordu, şezlong sıkıntısı hiç yaşamadık. Özellikle aileler için çok uygun ve huzurlu bir ortam vardı. Ayrıca F&B müdür Cevdet beye ve personellere çok teşekkür ederiz. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, tekrar görüşmek üzere!

Başta Cevdet Bey olmak üzere, restoran bölümünde özveriyle çalışan Barmen Mustafa Bey’e çok teşekkür ederim. Nezaketi ve kibarlığıyla tatilime ayrı bir değer kattı. Her detayı titizlikle düşünerek sunduğu hizmet, kendimi özel hissetmemi sağladı. Güler yüzlü ve samimi yaklaşımı sayesinde her an keyifle geçti.
