Lugga Otel’de kaldığımız süre boyunca her şey mükemmeldi. Resepsiyondaki Esra Hanım’ın son derece nazik ve profesyonel hizmeti ile kahvaltı bölümünde Öykü Hanım ve Rabia Hanım’ın güler yüzlü ve özenli yaklaşımları konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Otelin temizliği, kahvaltıdaki çeşitlilik ve kalite gerçekten etkileyiciydi. Kendimizi hem rahat hem de özel hissettiren bu hizmet için tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz. Bodrum’a tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle tercih edeceğimiz bir otel. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim!

The Good: Fantastic beach in terms of water, clean though the beach beds could have been a bit newer. The rooms are particularly good, comfortable beds, and clean with central AC/Klima. Breakfast very decent, more choices would have been welcomed. The Bad: Good luck communicating in English, they should not advertise that! Spelling mistakes on English signs is embarrassing (see photo). Do not advertise breakfast starting at 7:30 because you disappoint people, go a bit after 8:00 when their set up is complete and the bread has arrived. The bathroom is missing the toilet brush in case needed. Another deception is the purchase of coffee, which was the worst coffee I ever had by any standards, even Nescafe is better. You should take out the menu! When a hotel is charging more than €200 then you expect these basics to be working otherwise you deceive your clients. My final evaluation would be 3 1/2 if I had the choice of stars.

Bu eylül itibariyle otelde 3. Yaz tatilmizi burda geçirdik. Her seferi tek kelime ile muhteşem geçti. Otel çalişanşarı, temizliği, sahilin güzelliği ile bize üç senedir evimizden farksız bir tatil deneyimi yaşattılar. Ortakent denizine zaten söylenecek söz yok. Ama bir yol geçmeden direk otelin içinden denize inebilmeniz beach e dişardan sınırlı müşteri alması sizi güvende hissetiriyor. Hersene bodrumda otel arama derdimizi bitiren lugga ailesine teşekkür ederiz.

Esra in the reception was very positive with a smiling face always. The people working for breakfast were also very helpful and smiling. The property was very noisy due to preparations for the season. The bath water was not hot enough esp. for the people who cares.

3 gece burada konakladık, Temmuz olmasına rağmen otel oldukça sakindi. Oda çok büyük ve ferah, her gün temizlik yapıldı. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler. Denizi kum, plajı her zaman temizdi. Havuz da aynı şekilde büyük ve sürekli çevresi temizleniyordu. Kahvaltı yeterliydi biz çok memnun kaldık.
