Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Das Abendessen war sehr gut. Die Karte ist reichhaltig und es hat für jeden etwas. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Preis und Leistung waren gut. Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Wir kommen wieder.

Great location, good breakfast and dinner but rude and unpleasant staff who did not realise I speak German and was aware of their unfortunate remarks, the worst culprit being the owner. Charged me extra on my bill for being a foreigner although they reluctantly refunded once I challenged it.

Recently returned from a motorcycling trip where we stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of friend who had stayed there several times stating that it was motorcycle friendly. We stayed 7 nights bed and breakfast. The rooms were spotless, spacious and modern with large flat screen TV, wifi, ensuite bathroom / shower but unfortunately no tea / coffee making facilities. The breakfast was superb with a large cold selection but also bacon / sausages / eggs etc for us Brits! The cost over 7 nights at the time equated to £62 per night which I thought was unbeliveable for the standard you received. The town of Bitburg has several excellent restaurants that we tried such as Zagreb (Croatian), Truong - Giang (Vietnamese), Hotel Eifelbräu (English / Traditional) and of course where we were staying which served traditional German fayre. These are to name a few, never had a bad meal. The local brewery is down the road where they make the Bitburger Pilsner which is superb and worth a visit if you get rained off one day. The town also has a fantasic range of bars. All in all I'd recommend the hotel and the location.

Onvriendelijk personeel. Snel geïrriteerd. Verpeste sfeer door de houding van enkele personeelsleden. Eten was zeer middelmatig. Al met al geen fijne ervaring en wij zullen als groep dan ook niet terg gaan naar dit hotel. Jammer van dit hotel…..

I keep coming back here when I am in Bitburg. The staff is friendly, breakfast is nice and most folks can speak English here. Rooms are simple but cozy and a fair price. I have always had a good experience there.
