We booked online on the Wyndham website with an AAA member discount. We arrived and didn't care for the location of our room and asked for the other side of the hotel. We opted to downgrade from a deluxe King to a standard King as there were no deluxe Kings on the side we wanted. The cost of the standard King was less than the deluxe King we had originally booked. When they changed the room they eliminated our AAA discount and charged us $75+ extra for the lesser room. When I asked about the difference in price they said they booked us as walk ins and had no control over the price and said they would not honor the online price we already had or our AAA discount. In total with taxes will lost over $80 and had a lesser room. They said they would credit us a paltry $14 but that was all they offered. They never credited the $14 even after I called three times to handle this problem. Beware. We feel like we got scammed by this hotel.

This hotel is so close to being great but they lack some key things. They are cutting corners in the wrong places and it diminishes the guest experience. There is also a lack of front desk presence, and they totally lack a professional demeanor. Very strange and confusing. That being said, it was clean, comfortable and I would stay again.

Clean. But need to fix bedside lights. Neither worked. Could not change temp in room.. queen size sheets on king size bed.

Did not even stay here. Got into our room and could smell something terrible. The sofa was torn. Opened the bathroom to the worse smell of sewage - shower looked moldy and glued together. Drain on the floor had black tape over it and the sink drain wasn’t even attached.

Hotel is dated. Exercise room is terrible and should be closed given its current condition. Both ******* and the hotel billed me for the room. Expedia’s charge is $149.95 and Wyndham has billed me $112.47. Their invoice is lacking detail where the charge is not itemized showing the room charge, taxes and any other fees. I will be very reluctant to use ******* or book a Wyndham franchise in the future.

I recently stayed at this hotel and experienced some problems which I reported to the manager and front desk. I was initially frustrated to learn that the issue couldn’t be resolved but to my surprise it was! Kudos to the front desk staff and manager! Thank you!

The bathroom sink did not drain in the room we were initially assigned & then the toilet did not flush completely in our second room. The refrigerator froze our food & the manager would not make any compensation at all. Best to choose another hotel.

1st room was rather dirty, popcorn kernels and crumbs all over the floor, got a new room and was better but the shower had old soap bars in it.
