Online computer system had double billed our rooms. The GM (David) credited our account and fixed issue. We had returned from a wedding to find a water puddle on bathroom floor. We were moved to another room, no questions asked. We have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. The rooms have always been extremely clean and taken care of. On one hand I hate writing this review ( the hotel may become too popular and harder to book). This is the place we stay, and will continue to do, when visiting relatives in Bismarck.

Amazing room! It was super clean! Bed was soft & comfortable! We had everything we needed & when asked for more it was easy to receive! Great service! Front desk person niaomi was very helpful in helping check in early & late! She got us more room supplies when asked & in a very fast time frame! Best stay ever! Will be staying there again!

Called the hotel directly a month before our reservation date and made a special request for a specific type of room (3rd/top floor away from traffic/road noise). Also followed up with a call while enroute to confirm our reservation and reaffirm my special request. When we arrived we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor. When I mentioned my request, I was told that the only 3rd floor rooms available were at the front of the building facing the road. Just then a couple of LOUD vehicles came roaring by therefore I opted for the 2nd floor room at the rear of the hotel. Pros - Our double queen room was clean & comfortable and had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Cons - Indifferent attitude of the staff member at check-in in regards to our special request and we experienced the supply of hot water and water pressure to be marginal. Also the staff member on duty in the morning at check-out was not pleasant or engaging.

Stayed there this past weekend. Room smelled terrible like smoke. They said there was nothing they could do. Tried some lil machine which did nothing. Would have gone elsewhere but no room available due to Mcquades softball tournament. Staff was not helpful at all. Just said sorry. Booked it since was non smoking hotel. Yeah right. Stay somewhere else!!!!

I booked and paid for several nights. My family and I were traveling by car across several states and did not make Bismark the first night. When I arrived the next morning I was told at the front desk that, because I missed the first night they cancelled my entire stay, sold my room to someone else leaving no more rooms available, and they would not give me a refund for the rest of the stay! After talking to several people I was told that this was standard policy and that's that. Why adopt a policy that rips-off their guests? Would it be that difficult to give a courtesy call/text message after a first night no-show of a multi-night stay asking if the guest is still planning to come? or, why not process pre-paid no-shows one night at a time? It seems that being fair to their guests isn't as important to these guys as being paid twice for the same room! I won't use this hotel again and will encourage others not to either.

First stay 6 years ago was perfect. This stay was perfect again. Both times reserved 2 rooms. Both rooms perfect each time. Have stayed at another My Place same result. This chain seems to take pride in their properties.
