We stayed two nights in a room in the new building. The room was very large, with parquet flooring and a balcony. There was nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness, the bathroom was large, quite modern but functional. The breakfast selection is not huge but of good quality. The service here is very friendly. The sauna area is also not very large, the log cabin can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people, with more it gets a bit tighter. There are large sauna towels extra, which is good. However, the sauna area could do with a little more attention to detail. Unfortunately, the Kneipp and arm bath pools were not very clean. We did not try the indoor pool or the evening meal.

We chose a suite in the adjacent new building and were very satisfied. Barrier-free bathroom with enough power sockets. In general, they knew what was important during construction and furnishing. The lighting concept in the rooms is simply wonderful! Blackout curtains for sleeping in. Clothes rack on the balcony. Safe. Well-stocked minibar, which unfortunately wasn't very powerful in terms of cooling. Big TV screen. Wow! Bathrobes, cloth shoes and towels are available to guests so they can enjoy the really beautiful indoor and outdoor pool (natural pond), as well as the wellness area. If every room also had its own bathing bag, then it would be absolutely perfect. The breakfast left nothing to be desired for me. Only the coffee in Germany remains a problem for us Swiss. A few new charging stations for electric cars have been installed. Not very powerful yet, but work is being done. This is a very pleasant house with noticeably innovative efforts. Highly recommended if you just want to relax in beautiful surroundings and go on interesting excursions and hikes.

The decor is horrible, this hotel has no charm. The rooms are ordinary. It was the worst meal, worse than a bad canteen, that I had since the start of my stay in Germany. Avoid if you want to appreciate the charm of Bavaria.
