Katastrophe! Unverschämtes Personal, völlig überhöhter Preis, laut und abgewohnt. Dreckige Zimmer. Klimaanlage im Gang und nicht im Zimmer - ein Witz. Einmal und nie wieder! Wir buchten dieses Hotel mangels Alternativen. Jetzt wissen wir, warum es noch viele freie Zimmer hatte.

Amazing food, friendly staff, very authentic rooms. Diamond of Lithuanian nature, You can smell pines scent all over the hotel! Very comfortable hotel place. You can easilly reach city center from there. Enjoyed there a lot and definetelly planning to come back! Thank You!

I would not recommend to stay at this hotel in summer time. Absolutely nightmare without air conditioning system in the rooms. They have tiny old fan that is placed on the floor and blown wind doesn’t even reach the bed level which is higher up. The fan works so loud. I had to turn it off as there was no chance to fall asleep in that noice. Opened window didn’t help at all. Low ceiling makes difficult to move around in the room. Location is amazingly good, so it’s shame I cannot rate this hotel higher. Literally other positive factors unfortunately stay behind it when there is such an issue that should be prioritised and fixed. I had to leave hotel early in the morning as I couldn’t stay and have a good lazy lay-in , it was way too hot and uncomfortable.

As usual we decided to book your hotel to meet friends, enjoy massages, and enjoy the briliant food you serve, but the whole experience was ruined by very rude staff Gintare ( who threatened me to show me my pictures while i was enjoying spa facilities) who never probably worked in a 4* hotel, and doesnt know how to deal with the demanding guest, I would not recommend this property ANYMORE, as it all changed due to new employees, it totally ruined our weekend, Hope your service will go back to normal. When i mention that i will leave due to pure service, and wont stay for the night, Gintare kindly informed me that they have plenty of Zuikuciai, who uses the room for the hour and leave, that was not my intention. Talking about the rooms , i was booked in in a loft room, i banged my head to the sealing, where i am going to contact my insurance company, windows in the room are somewhere by the roof!!!! i couldn’t see day light at all!!! Definitely wouldn’t give a 4* anymore, the owner should review the hotel policies and train staff to a 4* standard!!!!!!! People be aware of all the issues property has!!!

The whole expirience was ruined by Gintare, train your staff according to 4* hotel, cosy place, nice food, but staff terrible, I woulnd recommend the place for families, as over heared from staff that hotel is famous for not even one night stay, but guest who is using the property for few hours :( Its a shame, as the building and place is so nice, but not used for the corect purpose! I would go back again!!!

We booked a room with the spa option. Whrn we arrived, they gave us the voucjer of 15 eur to use im the restaurant. 'Because the spa does not work', they said. No info was provided im advance. And then we saw people going down to the spa. Apparantly, some people could book and use it, but others not. The staff was unfriendly, the breakfast was like in the gas station, the restaurant lacked food. Never going back again.

We planned a family event (jubilee) at this restaurant, transferred some money in advance. The restaurant canceled it with three days' notice with no good reason, which placed us in a very complicated situation. A very unreliable business. We do not recommend it.
