hello We have a few observations. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed. Thank you girls. The package we ordered included services that were not offered to us, namely: water with crystals that we noticed while leaving. Paraffin bath, and where to find it? We don't know anything about it. We entered the room, the environment, the interior is nice, interesting, delicious. Offered "improved room", don't be fooled, it's just marketing. A simple room it is!!! I'm thinking if it's improved here, then what would the standard room be like... Mineral water, thank you, it's fun. But only for one person, why? I don't drink coffee, I drink tea in the morning. And ... There is no tea in the room. No problem, I will ask the employee (but there is no phone in the room) ok, let's go downstairs. Tea in my hands, I rush back to the room. Well, it's time to free yourself, we've already planned something like something for adults, we're watching it on TV, but it's impossible to connect your smartphone to the TV, so you have to improvise Shower luxury, clean products smell. Well, where is the lotion? Here he is . There is a sink next to it, but unfortunately it is empty. I won't go down there a second time. The husband got up earlier, he wanted to treat himself to a cup of tea, but there is no kettle. The husband is stressed. He makes himself coffee. I wake up from a loud sound, it seems like something is destroying the walls (it's just a coffee machine) When we went downstairs, we were greeted with a ready-made breakfast to take away (we left early for work). I dared to ask for coffee and tea (takeaway) Thank you for your stay. Ohhh , no icecream onthe menu..... After sending all these observations to the hotel by e-mail, they allow themselves not to even react. This shows their professionalism.
