"Absolutely loved our stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham! From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless, modern, and super comfy – perfect for a relaxing break. The location is ideal too, right in the heart of the city with everything just a short walk away. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Can’t fault a thing – we’ll definitely be coming back. A fab hotel all round! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Me and my husband had a week stay, good location near city centre just few minutes walk to the Bullring and city centre. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and with a handy kitchen , the house keeping doing a good job . A special thanks to Linda, she is extremely helpful to help us to extend to another week stays. I highly recommend this hotel and will come back again"

"The room was quite spacious and offered much better value for money compared to staying in London. It was quiet and spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was also very plentiful and varied. It's about a 15-minute drive from Birmingham New Street Station, with a taxi costing around £7."

"Stayed here with 2 others to attend the UK Games Expo. If you have a car, it's a great location! Only 15-20 minutes away. It was honestly a beautiful place to stay, the room was spotless and very welcoming. There are lots of pluses including a nice choice of breakfast, a living room to relax in and a lovely outdoor space that was surprisingly quiet. The parking was free too! The host was very friendly, giving us lots of tips about the area and the hotel. Highly recommended if you need to stay in the Birmingham area for any reason. It's near every shop you could ask for!"

"The sister hotel of the Edgbaston Park Hotel, we stayed at Lucas House one of our nights as we were unable to book consecutively. We stayed in a room with two single beds. The bed was too small. It was hard to imagine how a tall person could sleep... The bathtub was also small. In addition, if the transparent waterproof door on the bathtub is pushed and pulled until it is flush, it will be difficult to open it from the inside. Fortunately, I have a partner who stays with me, otherwise I would be trapped in the bathtub if I was alone. Apart from the above two items, everything else is excellent. There is a small green fence outside the window and a small flower bed outside the hotel. From a distance, it looks like being in a fairy tale town. Breakfast and check-in are both done at the Edgbaston Hotel across the road."

"We recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre and were really impressed from start to finish ⭐. The location could not be more convenient 📍. It is right in the heart of the city, just a few minutes’ walk from New Street Station, the Bullring shopping centre, The Mailbox, and plenty of restaurants and bars. It made getting around Birmingham incredibly easy and meant we could make the most of our time without worrying about transport 🚆🛍️. Our room was spotlessly clean 🧼 and well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable 🛏️, the décor was modern, and the facilities in the room, including tea and coffee ☕, a safe, and toiletries, were all of good quality. We also appreciated the little touches that made the room feel welcoming and practical for both business and leisure travellers. The hotel amenities were excellent. We made use of the bar and lounge area 🍹, which had a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. Breakfast was a real highlight 🍳🥐, fresh, plentiful, and delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold options to suit all tastes. Everything was well stocked even during busy times, and staff were attentive without being intrusive 😊. Overall, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. The combination of an ideal location, clean and well equipped rooms, good amenities, and an outstanding breakfast makes this hotel a great choice for a visit to Birmingham 🌆. We would be very happy to stay here again and can confidently recommend it to anyone visiting the city 👍"

"Good location only a 15 minute walk from BNS station. Single room was perfect for a solo traveller had everything you’d need, en-suite bathroom, toiletries & beverage tray. Good food served downstairs in the pub. "

"Hotel is situated within the university grounds complex - unbeknown to us it was graduation week so they were hundreds of students and their parents celebrating their achievements it was a wonderful site to see. The hotel was a stone throw away from the city centre so there were lots of things to see do and eat. A fantastic choice"

"the room is good enough for 3 persons, though the sofa beds are actually smaller than the photos. well equipped with 2 head cooking hobs, small fridge, dish washer, microwave with grill function and sufficient utensils, and also instant coffee were provided. the water pressure of the shower is super good and water is hot enough but the toilet is a bit small, you have to hide just next to the toilet bowl then you have enough space to open the door. The down side is the service of the reception & housekeeping team. After we got the room cards, we couldn't access to the room and needed to go down to ask the receptionist to fix the cards and come back to open the room. After entered the room, we found that the water in toilet sink didn't go, we asked the housekeeping staff who was just working at the next room to have a look at it but who said we needed to go to the receptionist (as there's no inter-room telephone, we have to go down again). Then the receptionist arranged another room which was downstairs for us. We booked for 2 nights, when we came back to the hotel the next evening, the room cards didn't work, again. The receptionist claimed that it might be due to the cards being put together with the mobile phone that might damage the cards. However, we were sure the cards weren't put together with the phones! It would be perfect if a small box of tissue could be provided."
