Holiday Inn Express BIRMINGHAM - SNOW HILL by IHG

Checkin process was smooth. Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was good too. Notice inside the lift to remind us to plan for the breakfast time to avoid crowd.

Excellent stay. Breakfast great. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Close to the city centre. Would definitely stay again. We were on 16th floor. Great views.

This hotal was lovely we had to do a late check in after 9 clock as we got hear late but the staff service was fantastic very helpful and very polite would definitely stay hear again breakfast was a buffet breakfast help your self the only thing they didt have was fried eggs but they had scrambled egg thy had tea coffee hot chocolate machine and also help your self to apple juice orange juice lots of staff around clear area were people had been ready for other people to sit as have breakfast area was nice clear room was clear and tidy nice shower and toilet room beds comfortable had a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed .

The Staff were all friendly and ameniable. The breakfast room Manager was great to tallk with and made my grandaughter feel at ease when she spilt her hot chocolate. He was professional and respectfull to his staff.

overall rating 9/10 great location,clean,comfortable,good breakfast also in reception has fridge ,microwave to warm foods. only thing i didn’t like during room service coffee tea sachets were not refilled

The check in was fast and I was able to check in early. The staff were all friendly, the room was clean and the general standard of the hotel was clean and tidy. Despite being in the city it was quiet. The breakfast was self service and there wa as good choiceof hot food and cereals.

The room was clean but the floor to the room smelt of urine.The breakfast area in the morning was crowded.

We enjoyed are stay , breakfast was included and had a lot of choice and was delicious, also I want to say a massive thank you to Leanne !!!! This lady is such a great person , she really went above and beyond for myself and my Aunti, my Aunti is disabled and had left her crutch on our train from Preston , on arrival we asked if there was anywhere we could buy a replacement but the shop was closed due to it being Sunday , this lady went to her house after her shift and gave us her late husbands walking still to lend for our stay!!  I just want to let this hotel chain know what an amazing and beautiful person they have as an employee.  Thank you once again Leanne .  And we will definitely be back in future .

A great experience indeed we had a goodnight sleep and a good breakfast aswell
