Location is very indeed convenient, just less than 5min away from Birmingham New Street station, perfect for catching early morning trains. Anjali the receptionist is friendly and helpful.

It was an easy location to find, beautiful service, quick and easy to book as well no complications. Very clean and organised. Loved it i would recommend people as well.

It's next door to a night club that played Lloyd music with minimal sound proofing. This was a bit of a disaster... No hair dryer in room

Room was not really bad. But it smelled so bad from bathroom. It was not just this room because my parents stayed one more night at different room before I joined them and they could smell it. Location is really great but not good quality…

The room was too small. The corner of the wall panel was so sharp that I stubbed my toe and it bled 🩸. I took a picture and showed it to the front desk so they could report it to the owner. The location is excellent, though.

It was within walking distance 5 minutes to the train station It was also within walking distance 7 minutes to the Conference Centre I had great conversations with a very friendly receptionist who checked me in was at the desk most times when I was going out and she checked me out... In the interim the other receptionist came upstairs to let me know nicely and politely that my Taxi was waiting. Another girl receptionist was also very friendly she let me have a complimentary cup of tea after the machine failed to give me a full cup when I paid I was very well looked after. Being where it is near the station and the conference center I will defnitely stay there again.

Staff at reception was friendly. Basic room for 1 night is acceptable. Just a few minutes walk from the train station.Check out was 10am but I done a late check out for £20 Up to 1pm.Need to ask for hairdryer at reception and no kettle in room.I asked for the highest floor room and request for the back of hotel as it’s quieter.Front of hotel their are bars and restaurants nearby .I was on the third floor.I didn’t hear anything.
