Property Description
The Historic Bon Ton Hatter’s Building is on Birmingham’s main street in the heart of the city center and has been renovated recently. This spacious loft is approximately 1200 square feet and is conveniently located within walking distance or a short cab ride from dozens of restaurants, bars, theaters, Museums, art galleries, parks, concert halls, Top Golf, the new sports arena, the University of Alabama Birmingham, UAB Hospital and shopping. There is a full kitchen and comfortable living room with a raised seating area over-looking busy Twentieth Street. The central heating and air system and all the appliances are brand new. Hardwood floors that run throughout the space and the 13-foot ceilings provide a true loft experience. Giant 10-foot windows give stellar views of Birmingham’s beautiful historic buildings and skyline. If unavailable, there is a 3rd floor loft as well.
Items to note:
1. Cats or dogs are welcome, but there is a non-refundable $125 deposit per pet (only 2 allowed). There will be additional fees if there are issues.
2. A parking space for one vehicle is included in the nightly fee, but additional spaces are $10/night (this is what the owner of the lot charges us).
3. Ask us about discounts for staying longer than a week or a month!
4. This full floor condo is a walk-up unit, there is no elevator.About pets:Pets allowed.Housebroken, nice dogs/cats allowed. So loved this loft! The beds were soooo comfortable. Loved that you park your vehicle right around the corner in gated parking area. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Concert weekend
The location was perfect for the four days we were in Birmingham. It was within walking distance to quite a few places we stopped at. Sitting by the big windows in the evening was very relaxing!! Overall it was a great place to stay!!!

Quaint and lovely stay
Just as advertised. We had a wonderful stay. My husband and I and our two kids ages 15 & 17. We came for a concert at the new Coca Cola Amphitheater. We enjoyed walking around downtown and exploring. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals and the special touches like bottled water and coffee that was provided were top notch. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome loft in downtown Birmingham Alabama
Very spacious and well furnished loft in the historic downtown Birmingham Alabama area. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, parks, etc! Parking is easy and landlord was very pleasant to work with!

Great Place
Property was spacious and in a great area. Very clean. Plenty of food options close by. Parking was easy and convenient. Check in was a breeze and owner communication was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

Location!

Talladega weekend
Stayed in town for the Nascar race in Talladega. Enjoyed several nice bars and restaurants within walking distance of the condo.
