Peaceful setting. Mere Brook House is well placed for exploring the Wirral. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable accommodation. Would recommend for independent travellers. Have stayed here atleast four times now and not been disappointed.

Fantastic stay facilities are very clean and tidy. The continental breakfast was fine. The bedroom was lovely relaxing place. The outside area was beautiful and an enjoy to sit out and relax. We would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

What a great recommendation from our lovely niece, who is local ! Stunning house and gardens, friendly team , room was lovely and clean with sumptuous soft towels ; always a must ! Nice self service breakfast . Plenty of safe parking too, thoroughly recommend!

Clean large rooms - good location close pubs and other facilities Great for a group or self catering Personally expensive if you only using as a bedroom for sleeping The grounds car park access to the brooms very smooth I am happy to recommend to people who like Air B& B type of stay

We stayed in the coach house on our wedding night and it was perfect. The room was gorgeous with high vaulted ceilings with lovely views into the countryside. The staff couldn’t do more to help, arranging for us to drop our bags in before our stay for convenience. Really a 10/10 experience and would highly recommend.

What an incredible place for a special occasion. Invited to a 60th wedding anniversary, the setting is beautiful, the staff are friendly, attentive and professional. The buffet style carvery was really well cooked and presented. If you have an event to organise I couldn't recommend Mere Brook House more highly.

Hospital visit to Clatterbridge. We could not get in,there was no one there.My husband had just had cancer surgery(they were aware of this ) He nearly collapsed as i tried to sort the situation. In the end we got a taxi to Premier inn.I have been in touch with Merebrook house but have recieved nothing.I want a full refund of £135.00. Which is just for the room we didnt use and not including our taxi fares !!

Amazing place, everything about it is simply lovely. The comfiest beds, lovely decor and surroundings. This was our third stay, all rooms are stunning. The location is beautiful, with plenty of shops and restaurants a short drive away. It's also very easy to get a takeaway delivered.

We decided to stop at Mere Brook House because of it's location to Clatterbridge Cancer Centre on the Wirral. It's a lovely setting. The self check in was easy. The communication from staff was excellent via email. The room was very clean and the bed really comfortable. People should note beforehand that breakfast is self served and continental, which suited us, but maybe not others. I look forward to returning.
