Premier Inn Birkenhead Town Centre

Hotel facilities were basic, but I knew that when I booked. Location was ideal for what I needed, and the staff were very friendly. I booked for 12 nights, and I found it a little frustrating that I had to request towels to be changed, as they make it clear rooms are not serviced every day for longer term stays. Would have also liked a internatiol razor power point like most hotels have around the world. But I understand this is an English Health and Safety ruling. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful - especially Stacey on Reception - helped us out with a couple of specific requests without any issues. Left a really really good impression.

This hotel is very quiet. It’s only basically a place to sleep, the staff are fantastic very helpful if they weren’t there, you would feel like you’re in a church as it is that quiet.. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast as it was cold and the dinner at night time was delicious but it’s like it is being portioned managed don’t go there hungry overall it is a very safe secure hotel and the staff really make you feel so welcome and they are so helpful

Our first stay here, definitely won't be the last. Exceptional stay. Stacey and Tom were fantastic friendly welcoming and their customer service was outstanding they couldn't do enough for us. Reece thanks for a brilliant dinner, served hot and beautifully presented and so tasty. Arrived as strangers left as friends. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in amazing position for Liverpool with easy transport via train with the station only being a 10 minute walk away. The hotel is clean with good parking and the staff are amazing. Stacey made the visit with her customer care and friendliness being second to non. Our second night was a Friday and the hotel was busy. Stacey and Tom worked their socks off. There was only the two of them which I think is a poor effort from Premier Inn allowing there to be only two staff for the evening with no cook and the hotel being so busy. Stacey and Tom where not phased and took it all in there stride but where incredibly over works. I would definitely use this hotel again but I think Premier Inn need to have a look their staffing and not allow only two members to be working on a busy Friday. Thanks again Stacey and all of the other Premier Inn Birkenhead head staff for a very enjoyable stay.

Thomas Batty was an exceptional member of stuff very helpful and pleasant. When we needed assistance to find pharmacy he pointed us in the right direction without his kindness we would have had to abandon our stay
