Travelodge Bromborough

Staff very friendly at the reception alway welcoming, nice and clean the whole of the hotel and loads of parking space.

Reception stall where rude and unhelpful spoilt our whole stay I would not recommend staying at the bromborough branch

Accommodating staff. Clean and well maintained. Staff did tend to chat to each other and make you wait. Felt what I paid for the Saturday night was expensive for what it was. Sunday evening was much cheaper and very reasonable.

Definitely would pay £150 a night again, not worth it, bathroom was so outdated and the shower was rubbish! Upstairs was so noisy at 7am too could hear every footstep.

Standard travelodge so nothing to report on that front, stayed here for 3months for business. Rooms were clean and in good condition, water always hot and plentiful tea and coffee from reception. Hannah on reception is lovely and always smiling, always accommodated my request for a room on the top floor (better phone signal for tethering my iPad/laptop) Cannot fault it for what it is.

Hotel location is very good. Check in staff was very professional and helpful also room was very clean and nice. At checkout time staff was very rude and poor customer service. I think her name was Stephenei. She screamed on my kids without any reason.
