The hotel may need some renovation, but is generally clean and tidy. The front desk is at times short of staff. The restaurant has limited food choices and don't ever try its steak.

Very close from a bus stop, and very nice and friendly staff members. Besides it was very convenient that there was a great food court, right next to the hotel!
We enjoyed everything about our stay here!

Based on the questions asked its good. In truth though we found it noisy (paper thin walls), the lift sounded like it would break down and the pipes made lots noises when adjacent rooms were showing etc which kept us up.
Plus points. The staff were nice enough, location is good if driving and the hotel is clean and shower was powerful.

Nice hotel. Not big and a bit far from Stansted airport, however, uber takes less than 20 minutes to reach.
