Trotz der schlechten Erfahrung im letzten Jahr, sind wir dieses Jahr wieder ins Dorint nach Binz gefahren. Wir haben gehofft, dass sich die Situation zum positiven geändert hat. Grundsätzlich ist dem auch so. Mit neuer Führung merkt man schon, dass die Mitarbeiter wieder Spaß an ihrer Arbeit haben und das merkt auch der Gast. Es wird einiges investiert und das ist auch gut so. Allerdings finden wir, das manches nicht möglich ist wenn Gäste im Haus wohnen oder man sollte wenigstens auf die Beeinträchtigung hinweisen. Einiges wurde gemacht, was in Ordnung war aber das man morgens um 8 Uhr durch hämmern und bohren geweckt wurde, geht gar nicht. Man bekommt bis 12 Uhr Frühstück, schreckt aber um 8 Uhr schon hoch. Wir haben das einige male angesprochen aber man hat unseren Unmut nur so hingenommen. An der Rezeption war sogar die Antwort, eigentlich wollten die Handwerker schon um 7 Uhr kommen aber wir haben gesagt es geht erst ab 8 Uhr. Keine Entschuldigung oder Wiedergutmachung. Hätten wir das gewusst, wären wir nicht zu dem Termin angereist. Das ist auch der Grund, dass wir 2 Punkte abziehen. So stellt man sich keinen erholsamen Urlaub vor.

Absolut tolles Hotel
Sehr gutes und sauberes Hotel mit allen Komfort. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes und aufmerksames Personal vermitteln ein familiäres Ambiente mit grossem Wohlfühlcharakter. Top Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Schönes Hallenbad, saubere Saunen. Frühstück bis 12.00 Uhr. Grosse, helle und ruhige Zimmer mit Laminatboden. Zimmer sind gut schallisoliert auch zu den Gängen.
