Room was fine, stayed for a night and it was pleasant.
Location is pretty good as it’s far from the hustle and bustle of Bintulu.
Also, you’ve got a few nice eateries downstairs.

Is my first time meet this happen, out of water supply im the morning. Request reception to send some bottle water, long waiting end up no at all.
Reception staff need to be improve.
Overall very good.
