Not much activities for kids below 7 years old. The beach is very huge. Kids had lot of fun. And the room come with big jacuzzi, kids love it very much. The food just so so, we ordered bbq for last night. But we ate inside the room coz scared of mosquitoes

Hotel service was perfect but I was disappointed with the misleading of Trip.com. I recognized it’s risky to believe so much on Trip.com website.

We had a truly wonderful 3D2N glamping stay at Natra Bintan, celebrating a surprise birthday for our friend! The glamping tent was exceptionally well-maintained. A huge shout-out to the staff, who were incredibly friendly and attentive, even assisting with our surprise arrangements before we arrived.
We thoroughly enjoyed the food at The Patio restaurant, and the DIY BBQ dinner right outside our tent was a definite highlight. For future guests, we highly recommend booking the lagoon-facing rooms. The proximity to Anmon Resort for additional food choices and the option of a massage at Treasure Bay add even more value to the location.

Interesting experience. Beyond the semi outdoor bathroom, the tent room feels just like a hotel room.
The service was impeccable. All staff throughout the property was very ready to serve and helpful. Especially towards children.
The "pool" was the only slight downside. As it is sharing the same lagoon for watersports, hence the swim area is not big.
