The 'resort' in itself does deliver as advertised. It does indeed provide the glamping experience, and even has a proper toilet per tent.
The toilet is an attached one to the tent, meaning it is not included in the air conditioning, and should remain closed aways to prevent insects from going into the tent. Having 2 sinks is a decent touch though. The tent itself is quite clean, but don't keep your hopes up on the skylight window as mine was faulty (and many people I see online did not mention using it).
The service is pretty decent. Despite all communication being done via WhatsApp, the replies are pretty timely. Breakfast was a passable spread, with decent local and western flavours. Nothing luxurious.
Only complain is that the transport is extremely pricey, do avoid their transport options and try to see if booking via external platforms like Klook is viable.

Staycation was good. Fun and relaxing place to visit for a short trip - 2-3 days. The water activities were a little pricy so we did not try them. However, we took full usage of the lagoon to laze around and soak in the sun. The staff were friendly and the food was good. There were cheaper food option outside the hotel with a cab fare of course. Good short trip.

The service progressively gets worse… The trip started out good, but then it slowly turned worse. The front desk is quite unfriendly & everytime we want to book for an activity, they will say no slots. But then when we check with activity centre, there will be slots available. Not sure if front desk is lazy or just very bad service. The restaurant “compass rose” also has no quality control. We had the same food in 3 different days and each time it tasted different. The resort also charges exorbitant prices for almost everything. The good thing is that the activity centre guy is very friendly, so really praise to him. The rest of the service are mediocre at best… Maybe can consider spending your money somewhere else if you really want to relax as this just seems like an overly hyped tourist place waiting to charge you super expensively but does not live up to its expectations for the price paid.

resort environment very clean, well maintained, legit got clamping feel. NOTE ; no tv and bath tub.
everything very convenient. they basically pick u up to go anywhere via buggy. service is good also everyone very smiley and helpful
food so so cannot expect much but big menu. have diff diff cuisine
room is good but if rain the noise is pretty loud. this resort room no tv.
activities.
the huge lagoon is 2.5m deep so basically everyone who enters the pool needs to wear life jacket. there’s slides, inflated playground. some water paddles, tube etc
quite a lot of things to play but just the pool deep though . with kids u need to eye power .
