I book in advance as I was planning to surprise my hubby for valentine day and the hotel team has gone beyond my expectations to do their best and making us feel so happy and food was good and the chef was generous and I must say they did have a good service in all aspect. Thank you to the hotel reservation team whom being patience towards my request and to all the staff whom had serve us. we will come back soon to hotel

The hotel is located on the beach of Lagoi Bay in Bintan Island. There are many high-end hotels around it. It has a beautiful environment, with the sea on one side and the lake on the other. There is also a supporting business center with a restaurant and a small supermarket. Although it looks like a business hotel, it still has a swimming pool and a restaurant on the roof, which can meet general holiday and leisure needs. The most important thing is that it is cheaper than the surrounding hotels.

The rooms are at most three-star domestic standard. I seriously doubt Ctrip's rating standards. Holiday in rated 4, but it actually reached five-star standards in Bintan. The key is that the water temperature is not stable. The bathing area is warm, and the wash basin area is cold.

It was a perfect spot. Near Holiday Inn and Hotel Indigo. Next to Lagoi Plaza. Accessible to the beach and mall. There are e-bikes which we could rent at SGD 20 per hour. Right behind the hotel there is a HUGE lake and i mean it, HUGE. We rented the e-bike to explore the area and the lake until my e-bike battery went down to one bar. Hahaha.. But it was an awesome experience. The pool however would be good if they have a heater. It was soooooo cold.

- During our visit to Bintan, we, as a family of two adults and one child, stayed at the Grand Lagoi Hotel (From 29 Dec 24 to 31 Dec 24)..
- The Grand Lagoi hotel service is excellent and satisfied.
- we are highly recommended to choose this hotel for the following reasons
1. Reasonable Prices
2. The location was perfect and near LAGOI BAY
3. All the staff are friendly and helpful
4. The rich breakfast was a highlight of stay
5. The room cleaning was excellent and environment was peaceful
We will definitely choose again for next holiday to bintan

Should have informed the guests earlier that they would take 10-15 minutes to check out. Very poor room service, leaving food tray outside of the room overnight.
