From check in to check out, the service and hospitality of the hotel has been truly wonderful. The staff were warm and accommodating, helping us with special requests on food, late check out and other queries. Special shout out to Ilham at Sugarbeats who served us over 2 days!
The hotel was also beautiful with the beach and water features in their landscaping. Every one of our rooms faced the beach and made this holiday feel very relaxed and lovely.
Only downside was that slots for their spa was very quickly booked up, so do make a booking request as soon as you can.

碼頭過關後有直接到酒店的接車服務，島上人口密度低，安靜舒適。
酒店大堂的景觀設計很棒，房間乾淨衞生。
有兩個游泳池都在沙灘邊上，泳池邊的用餐種類雖然不太多，但口味還不錯👍
還可以在泳池邊上的bar喝點酒，享受海邊的日落🌅
早餐超級棒！小點心很好吃😋

住3晚，每一晚都有不同體驗。第一天起床看到蟑螂，人都給嚇一跳，陽台漏水，枕頭有上一個客人的酸臭味，打電話給前台徹底清潔一次。第二天插了風筒然後斷電要找人維修。第三天坐陽台喝茶給蚊蟲咬了，現在回國還很癢。酒店全是蒼蠅，餐廳不管坐外面還是裏面都有蒼蠅，服務員還説是蒼蠅季節很正常😰總體而言沙灘乾淨，服務態度熱情，可是他們用很多動物糞便做化肥，搞得整個度假區有一陣臭味，而且有不同物種的蜈蚣，蜘蛛在騷擾我。屬實可惜了這麼好的酒店。
